This is a fine property to stay at, but it can be very loud. I stayed on the 2nd floor and could loudly hear the water pipes when the upstairs room showered. Additionally, anyone talking in the halls or walking upstairs felt like it was in your room. Hotel itself is a great, cheaper option to stay at.

Just outside the property is a trucking company where a mule truck (trailer moving truck) worked all night long with a very loud back up beeper sounded off all night long. Like having a microwave going off every 3-5 minutes all night long. Didn’t get any sleep due to the loud beeping noise just outside our window.

The bathroom door dragged on the floor and was hard to open and close. The drain in the bath tub was gross and has stuff come up when we pulled the plug to give my child a bath.

first time in Billings, the only thing about the motel is that they had eggs but no sausage, I don't eat biscuit and gracy so their was not much for me to eat, besides that it was a great stay

The only thing bad i could say is that the toilet was slow going down the first night and then we requested a plunger in which i called the front desk and told them we were done and it was picked the day we left it sat outside our door in the hall for a few days ... other wise we were happy with out stay and would use again .... this was already our sevond stay there

The property badly requires maintenance. Plain old keeping things in good condition and working order. Small things like shower nozzles , sink nozzles, door knobs broken , light bulbs missing , lamps not plugged in. They are pet friendly, lol. Can see for sure that lots of dogs have been there , from all the dog poop on the grass everywhere! Again , maintenance, care of the property.

Good continental breakfast and coffee! Comfy beds- but pillows sucked. Brought in my own pillow and it was as a great price for what we needed. Nice lobby too
