The hotel was beautiful and decently cleaned. Our bathtub in the room was still dirty. But the room was pretty. Most of the hotel staff were rude and seemed inconvenienced for working. There were a few who were polite. The food was awful. For these prices, we expected something better. We tried many of the restaurants and the food was stale, dry, and bland at best. The best food was the snack shop sandwiches. That’s sad. For the cost and hype, we expected better, but we were sadly disappointed. We spent our honeymoon there and it was less than enjoyable. The casino was your standard casino. Watered down drinks and Smokey atmosphere. But that’s to be expected. We don’t think we will ever go back.

The service provided at this MGM resort is minimal. No one goes above and beyond to ensure the best experience possible. In addition, on a major holiday weekend, whole banks of elevators were not working, leading to excessive wait times and elevators packed with guests like sardines. Definitely not MGM quality.

Would stay again. I think for the property being a sister of the MGM, the bathrooms would/need to be updated. Gentleman that checked us in was very friendly as was most of the staff.

the room next to mine their were very loud neighbors. it wasn't bad during the day but after midnight you can hear them yelling at each other

I liked everything about the Beau Rivage, as we have visited numerous times. When I checked in they could not find my reservation, I had booked thru Expedia. They could not see it on their end in the computer. Took us 30 minutes to check in. Not Beau Rivage fault. Expedia fault.

My biggest issue is that it smells like cigarette smoke everywhere, including the rooms. The room was also pretty dated in my opinion which isn’t a big deal. Other than the smell it was a clean room. I just couldn’t get past the smell.

Property was solid. Not many good options for late night eating. Had a terrible room with a view of a wall. For the price I paid $400 would have expected a view of something other than a wall of the hotel. 2 of the elevators were Out of Service which made checkout a nightmare.

Upon arrival I did not receive the room/view I booked and paid for. I called guest services from the room and was moved to another room and was told it was the only other available room other than the one I was first put in. The new room did have the view I paid for. However, there were a lot of cleanliness and sanity issues. Old food food from previous guest in the fridge, the fridge was dirty with greasy finger prints on the glass door and metal door trim. The shower had wet, used, wadded up wash cloths in it from the previous guest. The mirrors in the bathroom were streaked with fingerprints. There was long hair in the bathroom floor, behind the sink faucet, and around the toilet. Room furniture was disorderly and not straightened up. The pillows in the chairs were pushed down into the corners where someone had been sitting against them and not staged back by housekeeping. I have always stayed at Beau Rivage on my trips to Biloxi and never been disappointed until now. It seems things have really went downhill since my last trip!
