The rooms are clean and comfortable. There are signs of wear, as in several unpainted patches in the ceiling of the bathroom. The biggest disappointment was the free "breakfast." We were told it is open from 6 am to 9 am, however when we got there at 7:30 am there was virtually nothing left. The hot serving pan had three containers -- one that had signs it once held scrambled eggs, one totally empty (sign nearby said sorry, no biscuits) and the third had sausage gravy, but nothing to put it on. The yogurt cooler was empty. There were 2 or 3 slices of bread, a muffin or two, no fruit, a couple types of cereal and some English muffins. The waffle maker did work, so that and some powdered orange juice was my breakfast. I'd stay here again because of the convenience and cost, but plan on breakfast at the Waffle House across the street.

Check in was at 3 but room wasn’t ready till five hotel wasn’t full. Was told when inquired well stuff happens in a hotel. Breakfast wasn’t as described. Advertised bacon or sausage never in four days had meat. Orange juice machine broken. The lady running the bar did nothing to refill. It was more of a weekly stay hotel. Never cleaned our room was told only do it every three days

The bathroom was not clean and there was spent soap and shampoo left in the shower area. The floor felt sticky with residual dirt. The "breakfast was oitiful with items empty and very little choice of offering. The staff were not helpful and one could not even speak or understand english well.

We picked the wrong location. The carpet was very nasty in the hallway, the hallway smelled just like the people who owns it. The rooms weren’t properly cleaned, we found hair in the tub and on the floor. The floors wasn’t swept correctly. They stated that they served breakfast, well they didn’t have much for anyone to eat. If I could have given them a zero, I would have. This location is not worth your money nor time.

Our room was very substandard. The floor was uneven to the point the bathroom door would not close. When the heating system cycled on, it sounded like a jet engine revving up. You couldn't sleep through it. Sounds carried easily through walls.

I like breakfast is served, there’s easy access to your vehicle. The walls are thin- you hear everyone and everything. The ac/heater short circuited during the day and I was accommodated @3am a new room when check out is 11am. The accommodated room I was deprived of sleep at least 4 times by housekeeping, faculty, towel service and one of the owners.

The hotel hallway smells of weed. Plus huge carpet stains. No insert for the coffee pot in room 132 so don't expect coffee. The breakfast is pretty bad and I was going in thinking positively. The beds are VERY firm so if that's not for you then don't stay here. The location is good, right off interstate.

Bathroom door warped, could not close. Hair drier smelled like electrical fire. When breakfast items were depleted they were not replenished. Roaches, Bed never made. Cleaning service consisted of replacing towels only. Room was never actually cleaned (only one girl working). The young lady who worked the front desk was, however, very good. She seemed to have to do everything from front desk to breakfast to cleaning the lobby.

Would stay there again.
The stay was quite enjoyable. I didn't give it the max stars because they only had one housekeeper. The room could have been a little cleaner (I like my beds made each day even if the sheets aren't changed), but I've stayed in a lot worse. It was overall a good time and the staff was very accommodating. I give it a 8 out of 10.

Carpet in the hall looked like trash. Has 4 dehumidifiers in the hall. Smelled like mold. The ac in the room was inadequate. Advertised having a hot tub on Expedia, when i asked where the hot tub was, the lady said they had some rooms with jetted tubs so they put hot tub on the travel sites.

Overall hotel is not real clean. The room was horrible. We had a hole in the headboard stains on the walls. The door into the bedroom(suite) was broken and would not close.The outlet was coming out of the wall. They told us they knew the hole was there and that they still have to rent the room per the owner. They couldn’t move us because the hotel was booked. For the amount we spent for a suite it was horrible! Didn't off anything for the issues.

Hotel and rooms smelled horrible. Rooms had moisture bad, wife and I both got sick from the rooms. Tub was disgusting. Pillows on beds were feather pillows and so bad we had to go buy pillows in order to sleep. Would not recommend this hotel.

inn needs upgrade and renovation. no hair dryer in room. outside very bright flood lights shone into room window at night. dehumidifiers in the length of the hallway on first floor. leaking roof in dining area, breakfast very limited. no hooks to hang bath towels, no clothes hangers.
