Very disappointing. No liners in wastebaskets, no bathtub mat, slippery bathtub. Requested handicap accessible room. No seat in shower, which was a bathtub, slippery tub. Both my husband and I slipped in the tub. I am handicapped....he is not. Thought Marriott was a nice place to stay. Never again.

Since the property is near the beach, I expected a lot of humidity, but the room never seemed to get cool enough. The bathroom I think is pretty old, small, and the water pressure was not great. The lobby is remodeled nicely. Breakfast is not complimentary. Bed was fairly comfortable.

Great location. Staff was pleasant and helpful. However, there were no king rooms available as shown on Expedia. Also, the hallways were quite damp and musty. Really below average compared to other Courtyard properties we’ve stayed at.

Great Location - Easy Access To Everything
Great location! The hotel is beachfront, so there's easy access to the beach just across the street. The hotel was mediocre for the price we paid. The room was ok; nothing special. I think the rooms need updating a bit. Our mattress was so old and worn that it smashed low when we lay on it and we're not large people. I'll probably stay somewhere next time.

Great holiday weekend
After the little delay in checking in, we were able thoroughly enjoy ourselves on this trip. Being the holiday weekend, we expected a crowd but it wasn’t that bad. Staff was friendly. Room was clean & a view of the gulf. Being from the desert, it was a great experience to take a shower again with soft water. Would definitely want to come back here again.

Gulfport - Biloxi stay
Booked this hotel at the last minute and was happy to find it. It's situated right across from the white sandy beach and the Gulf. Nice greeting when we checked in later at night. Bistro cafe in lobby open until 10 pm so we were able to get something to eat without having to go out. You can bring food to your room. No menus in room - you have to come down to lobby to order. Gina who took order was very friendly. Room was clean. King-sized bed comfy. View of ocean across the street. Wifi not very strong. No safe in room which was odd and no luggage racks. Good shower - hot water and strong pressure. TV and large desk and sofa. Easy to drive Beach Blvd. to casinos and restaurants and attractions. Pool was closed -- it was drained and area being renovated so check with hotel about when it will open before you book if you want to swim and hang out by pool.
