Windows we're not really clear. Not the cleanest rooms. The body wash was empty in our room. And the $20 room fee which should be part of the advertised price. Staffing was friendly and professional.

Weird that my negative review has been made to be changed about 7 times now. This Harrah’s is awful, terrible customer service and the front desk doesn’t know what they’re doing. Never going back and I’d suggest avoiding using a third party to book there.

Charge $28 for 3pm check in. Daiquiri bar was out of many sizes and several advertised liquor. Hot tub jets mostly didn’t work. No available seating at pool bc each chair required a reservation even though unused. Good part-I did win big on first night in casino. Loved the all night Steak and Shake

Very disappointed in this place for the amount of money they charge. This place is in need of an update bad. Carpet pretty much everywhere needs to be replaced, very dirty looking. The room we were in definitely showed its age. My wife and I were traveling and stayed at two different Holliday Inn Express's two nights and one night in a Drury Inn. They were a third (or less) of the price and way nicer! They also offered free food and drinks included in the price. Since it was a last-minute decision, Harrah's was our only option to spend two nights in a Hotel Casino in the area, others were full. Gambling was just okay, never expect to walk away a winner anywhere we go to gamble. We were able to play for a little while before cutting our losses. I booked a room that showed an ocean view, ended up in a room that did not. We will not be going back there.

The water took at least 30-45 minutes to get hot (each time we wanted to shower). Water pressure was also horrible. A lot of softener in the water as well, couldn’t tell if you got off the soap off or not. Was in a very convenient spot tho and the Starbucks was amazing !

The casino is definitely gone downhill, especially because they remove the buffet which had the best fried chicken ever. The room was very clean and comfortable and nice and I only paid $57 for the night so I can’t really complain but they need to upgrade this place they want to get more money for the rooms.

Staff woke us up at 1:45 am to deliver blankets we didn’t ask for. Were very persistent, knocked, knocked louder, and called our room. Very disappointed in how inept the staff was in the middle of the night.

The property had a good flow on the inside. Was able to maneuver throw sections and everything was labeled well,bathrooms, dining, high limit room, etc. The smell of the casino was excellent and couldn’t really tell that people smoked inside.

Property is outdated. If you plan on making a trip to Biloxi I would recommend another hotel/casino but if you are on a budget this is an okay place to stay and you can walk to the golden nugget.

Although the bed was comfortable the carpet was wet by refrigerator since door was left open. The bathroom floor was sticky and needed mopping , the outlet by one side of bed was not working & the lighted makeup mirror did not work .

The rooms could’ve been cleaner along with the bathroom. That was the only problem I seen, dirty room and dirty bathroom.

Starbucks in the hotel was great, but they definitely need more staff in the casino it was easier just to pay for drinks rather than waiting for someone to come over

This place could use a more detail cleaning. Carpet floors entering hallways were dirty throughout the facility , base boards dusty , and elevators needing sweeping. Fixtures rusty and out of date. Room had a stuffy smell. All hygiene products dispenser inside the room bathroom were empty in my room and my friends.
