“Nice,New Well Maintained Hotel”

Hotel seems relatively new maybe less than 2 years old. Right next to Prime shopping outlets also within miles from casinos. It's well maintained and workers were courteous. Indoor pool is perfect in the winter. Workout room is small, but enough for a good workout. Price was also reasonable compared to other hotel prices in the area. In all, it was a good hotel and i'd stay again. 2 thumbs up.

Close to the interstate, to our family, to malls, to airport, restaurants and to the Mississippi Sound.

I didn't spend much time at hotel, but was clean and comfortable. Nice atmosphere.

“Thanksgiving Stay”

This appears to be a relativly new hotel, everything was very clean and well kept. The staff were very friendly and greeted us each time we arrived back at the hotel. The room was bigger than we were expecting and the bathroom was nice and the shower had good water pressure. The location was convient right off I-10 and there are plenty of stores and restraunts close by. We stayed over the Thanksgiving holiday and we really appreciated how they kept shoppers at the outlet mall next door from taking all the parking for hotel guests. From what we could tell of the other hotels in the area this one is one of the nicer hotels in town.

I think for the purchase price of the room, breakfast buffett should be included and free to all guests.

“Terrible!!”

I did not get the room I reserved and paid for. I had to ask for a reduction in price to fit the room. I booked in advance and was extremely disappointed. Check out time is noon. The maid came in my room at 8:45 am while my husband and I were still sleeping. I found this rude. The maid could have easily checked with the front desk for rooms that had been vacated and rooms that were still occupied.
