“Red Carpet Inn - Biloxi”

This was your typical Inn. Although over priced, considering other Red Carpet Inns, it was relatively quiet and the rooms were comfortable. Nothing special, but we weren't looking for anything outstanding. If you want to stay away from the high priced casino hotels, then this would be okay. We did finish our stay in one of the casino hotels, for about half the price of this stay. Why the high cost for a Red Carpet room.. I do no know. It was good enough for a nights sleep, and I guess that is what we are looking for.

“Awful experience!”

One of the receptionists was extremely rude. she seemed to blame us for us bugging her about finding our reservation and then when we complained about the room being givin to us was not even the room we reserved she slammed our hotel key on the counter and said "and, and, do you want me to cancel you reservation?!" After that she was not plesent at all. She was by far the worst experience i've ever had of this sort! Her name was something like lyda. Even the later that evenin my fiance went down to ask her for the customer service number because we had plans to call and make a complaint about her and she told him that they didn't have one so he had to go across the road to get it and her name. I was by far very disatisfied with my experience at that hotel and will not be returning for another visit. I would have much rather stayed at another hotel and next time I will.

“Good-Bye Motel 6”

We pre-booked our hotel, so when we arrived and noted the condition of the room and hotel in general, we really didn't have a choice as it was all prepaid. A lesson learned!! First of all, they had us in a smoking room, when we had requested a non-smoking room. After about 10 minutes the front desk staff found someone who was able to move us to a different room. The carpet was filthy, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, the door handle did not always work (would have been interesting in case of a fire!!), the towels were on their last leg, no kleenex, not even the standard shampoo and lotion freebies; if they ran out of coffee near the end of the 'free coffee' time, they were not in a big rush to make more, no decaf coffee (basically a standard now). We tried not to touch the blankets as they looked like they had not been washed for ages; they boasted a laundry room - it was filthy; the hallways and stairways were dirty - it looked like the vacuum had not seen the common areas for quite some time. We had decided to give Motel 6 another chance after a previous bad experience years ago, but we will not make that mistake again. Motel 6 is crossed off our list forever!!

“NOT IMPRESSED WILL NOT RETURN I WILL SLEEP IN TRUCK BEFORE STAYING AGAIN”

At check in the hotel and employees seemed very nice. Got to our room and it was not correct. Once moved to a different room it was not stocked as it should have been and light bulbs were blown. They never stocked the room or fixed the blown bulbs. The elevator was not working until around 11 pm on the day of check in. Our keys didn't work correctly the entire time we stayed. Internet was a joke to the night clerk, along with any other question you had for him. The second night around 8 pm we got a call to the room as we were preparing to leave to notify us that we should have already checked out!!! I booked 2 nights when I was checked in and relocated to the correct room we were checked back out for good! The clerks at this hotel had no clue what was going on. You would get different stories from each one. I will NOT stay at this hotel next year!! I was not the only one to complain about needing items for a room. Each time we had to go to the desk other people were down asking for towels, bath rags, trash can liners and other items the cleaning maids seemed to not be concerned with. It was a clean bed to sleep in and warm shower that is all!

“I was disapointed .”

First and formost! I checked in a little early aprox. 2:45 pm. The clerk gave me a key. I went up to the room had to walk three flights(because the elavator was broken) When I got to my room, the door was open and the housekeepers were there getting the room cleaned up. The houskeeper told me 5 minutes the room would be ready in five minutes. While he was making one of the beds. He did not change the sheets he just started making the bed with the sheets that left on the bed from the previous guests. I went down to tell the front desk clerk and she called him to change the sheets, she repeated herself several times, I guess he didient know that they should be changed after the guest leaves. I requested another room. She changed the keys and gave us another room. After that he kays dident work and had to get changed three times.

“SUCKED”

One of the most gross places the rooms smelt like smoke. The coffee even though it was the only thing free was nasty. Will never stay there again. Wasn't expecting the Ritz Cartlon, but dang.
