Pictures on the website does not look the same. Room a lil raggedy and old looking. Shower curtain too short for shower. Cleaning people came gave towels change trash but did not sweep at all. Dirt was all on the floor. Tv not on the wall it’s on top dresser and leaning!!! Need to be updated

The lady in reception was excellent but the property is old and needs a lot of updating. Also, the breakfast was not the normal Quality Inn Hot breakfast and the staff were not interested customer requirements.

The room was very nice and clean. Staff and all of the maintenance and cleaning ladies were very nice and helpful. On our last night there was a rowdy bunch that came in but their room or rooms were at the back end of the hotel. While we were walking our dogs the two women were outside yelling and I think management went and had a talk with them because we didn’t hear them again. We would definitely stay in this hotel again.

The TV didn't work and the room smelled strongly of pee. We did report these issues and nothing was done except assurances the manager would be told.

Ac unit sounded like a airplane taking off every time it kicked on and off. Remote control did not work tv, refrigerator didnt work. Staircase was at the opposite end of the room. Very long walk for dark and cool weather. The first to times at the hotel was ok but this last time was horrible. Will not stay again.

Will not stay again.
The hotel had clean linen, but mold on the walls. When I got up to make coffee the next morning, the filter cup was full of fury mold. It was disgusting! We were right beside the pool, so no sleeping in with all the noise of everyone walking by and all of the housekeeping carts rolling on the concrete. Went to the lobby to get breakfast, and was ridiculously pissed that everything offered was carb filled. No eggs, sausages, bacon, etc. Could only get a cup of coffee and they didn't even have Splenda, just Sweet and Low....smh. The only benefit of this hotel was that it was close to restaurants and the highway.

Room was clean, missing tv remote, room too far from ice machine. Some Staff could not speak English, when trying to get remote and directions to ice. Toilet leaked making a loud sound, decided to fix myself; because of the English thing, was not doing that a 3rd time. My first stay was great a year ago but it was very disappointing this year.

Our stay.
The room was clean but the place overall needs some fresh paint, I know the weather beats it up during hurricane season, it had peeling paint everywhere on the outside. The breakfast wasn’t what I expected either, there was no meat or even gravy and biscuit, and no bagels. Poor breakfast.

The location near the freeway was it's greatest strength, but also contributed to the noise, which is to be expected near a busy coast-to-coast interstate. It was an overall good stay.

This hotel was not our cup of tea, pool was dirty, phone wasn’t working in the room, you can smell smoke from people smoking cigarettes, but in all the service was great.

Horrible stay and nasty hotel
Initial check for bed bugs found the bottom mattress cover was filthy on both beds. In a none smoking room the flat sheet had cigarette burn. The towels had stains all over them. The light switch for the bathroom had mold on the wall. The toilet paper holder bearly stayed in the wall. Hair all over the bathroom. Toilet clogged hotel lady broght my husband a plunger and expected him to plug the toilet. I called to see if pool was swimable before booking and was told yes. Get there and you can’t even see into the pool from the cloudiness. It was nasty kids couldn’t even swim. Coffee is horrible down stairs. Will not stay again and do not recommend staying. Day shift lady is rude and lazy. Wish I would have taken pictures

I went to Moss Point Mississippi to selebrate memorial day. I had promised my granddaughter that we would get in the pool. Was very disappointed because the pool was not working. Checked in on Friday evening and on Saturday morning couldn't use the towlet because it was stopped up. I also asked for a excessiable room and had to go up two set of stairs to and from my room. I will never go to another Quality Inn Hotel again.

Just above water
When I got to the room, I noticed water all over the floor. I opened the refrigerator door and water poured out. It had been unplugged to defrost? I used towels to clean up the mess, tried to call the front desk, and the phone was inoperative. Went down to the front desk to report the problem and all the lady at the desk said,,, was do you need another towel?
