“Great Location in Biloxi”
This hotel was great. Very clean, very safe parking lot, and great location. Just west of downtown Biloxi, you could almost walk to treasure bay casino, and not that far from Gulfport. My inlaws live in the campground behind the hotel so it was perfect to walk back to their trailer. The continental breakfast was great for what it is and if you want a bigger meal you can walk across the street to the Waffle House. I will definitly stay here everytime we visit the inlaws.
“Ramada Limited Biloxi Beach”
its a great hotel with very nice workers, can not ask for a more friendly place
“Great place to stay”
I was very impressed with the room. It was very clean and decorated in an up to date tasteful way. The swimming pool was not very large, but was kept immaculate. There wasn't a spec of debris in the water. The personnel were friendly but not overly so. The only problem I had was my room hadn't gotten clean one day. I had the "do not disturb" sign on the door early in the morning but had removed it by 9 am. It wasn't that big a deal. I just exchanged my towels with the desk later that evening when I got in.
“Can't wait to go back!! Super friendly staff!!!”
The staff makes this hotel fantastic! The best customer service ever. Even the breakfast is refilled and maintained up to the closing time of 10am, other places we have stayed if you are late they are out of everything good, not here. The room cleaning staff honors every request and excedes expectations. We can not praise the customer service enough!
“Would love to stay again, and soon!”
Right across from the gulf of Mexico, so very accomodating when walking to the beautiful beach! Restaurants and shopping are close by, as well as casinos (shuttles are available to local casinos). Room was clean, breakfast area was well maintained and stocked. Friendly staff was prompt when attention was needed, and super knowledgable and happy to serve their customers, even giving advice on local entertainment and eateries. In fact, I noticed that they were accomodating in situations that they were not necessarily responsible for - taking tasks they did not have to do. Although the remote did not work for the TV in our room, the maintenence man was very fast in trying to locate the problem, and was tenacious in his efforts to repair/replace the remote. The air conditioning was super cool, and the pool was clean and well maintained (just a little small). Thanks for a super stay! I hope to return soon!
Hall smelled like smoke, but room did not. Need to make smoking/non-smoking floors.
“Definitely would stay here again”
While in Biloxi, we stayed one night at a casino hotel. The experience there was awful. We then checked in to the Ramada and were pleased from the first minute. Check in was very smooth, and the evening desk clerk was very personable and helpful. He had great recommendations for restaurants and could give directions to anywhere we asked.
“Will stay on return visits!”
This hotel was great. The girl at the front desk was very nice and hospitable. I left some toiletry items at home but she was more than happy to provide me with what I needed. The breakfast was nice. There is a waffel maker which is pretty fun the use! : ) If you dont like what they have to offer for breakfast there is a waffel house just accross the street. The room was very nice, lots of fluffy pillows. The a/c worked great. This hotel is located right across the street from the beach. Its like have your own private sector, we were the only ones in that area. The hotel has a nice clean pool in front. No one uses it very much so we played in it a while after comming from the beach.
Go to Ship island VERY nice clean Beach
