Nice little getawayPosted Apr 12, 2015
Pros: Very pretty room and comfortable bed.
Cons: More restaurants open later in the evening.
We had so much fun at the casino even though we stayed only one night. It was a really nice getaway. The cocktail waitresses were very attentive so we had no problem getting drinks while playing slots. The slots we were playing were very generous, which made it even more fun. We will definitely stay at this resort again very soon.

Very rude staff who false accuses clientsPosted Apr 5, 2015
Horrible......staff accused me of an innocent one night stay of cutting a duvet after Checking out the next morning....I called asked What was check out procedures and they said they would take care of it and the called me about an hour later from unknown number and later after getting on touch with me accused me of cutting a duvet...where would I get scissors From and I swore before God I didn't do this the front desk lady said yes I did it and said it was 125 which I did not ask for and said they took picture and would send it to me but I ask for manager and said he wouldn't be in until Tuesday....don't stay they are not friendly and they set me up but I plan on taking this further because that's unfair....think twice about this stay

Unprofessional StaffPosted Mar 31, 2015
Pros: Hotel was clean, rooms are very plush and nice
Cons: The people who make the reservations seem to be confused, they kept making mistakes and we had to call back and forth, maybe need more training.
Location: Mall and places to eat nearby, and the beach is right across the street. There is a little arcade place to play games, and go-carts.
I have stayed at this hotel every year for the past 6 years, and this is the first time I ever had trouble. I booked a room through a booking company, Treasure Bay sent me an email saying it was accidently cancelled but the had fixed it, then I ended up with two rooms when I checked my booking information. I called Treasure Bay and told them and they said that I had to call the booking company, then I eneded up with three rooms, I told them to cancel all, I started all back over and rebooked, when I got to the hotel there were more issues, I asked for a manager, the manager at that shift was Angie, she was rude to me and my daughter and everytime we tried to ask questions, she raised her voice and cut us off, we ended up just staying that one night and the rest of the week somewhere else. There was another worker up front that was rude as well but we didn't get her name.

Wasn't what I thought.Posted Mar 30, 2015
Room was no different than a standard Hotel room. Ceiling paint was peeling. Thought since it was a Casino would be a nicer room. Doesn't compare to the current casinos in town. Casino felt like a truck stop casino in Louisiana.

Just OKPosted Mar 30, 2015
Although there is a newer section of the hotel, we were given a room in the older section of the hotel. This section had exterior doors that opened to the outside. As a female travelling alone, I prefer a door that opens inside a hotel. However the room was clean.

casino hotelPosted Mar 28, 2015
Pros: We stayed on the level with the pool which was really nice
Cons: painting and updating especially the bed covers
Location: near the beach and mall
My husband and I do a lot of traveling and we really like nice, luxurious, updated hotels and rooms. I can tell that some years early that this was a really nice place to stay but its just don't fit my standards today because I like things shiny and new. The room was clean and the staff were very nice. The only negative thing I can say it that the toilet ran and made that noise and the bath shower dripped water which was so annoying. We kept the bathroom door closed which solved that problem. My sisters stayed in 2 other rooms that were booked and they truly enjoyed themselves.

Economical But ...Posted Mar 22, 2015
Cons: The smoke issue needs to be addressed to compete with other casinos in the area. It's crowded and not bright and airy.
Location: There is a beautiful 15-mile white sand beach with beach front, outside dining all along the beach. Beautiful place to not want to stay in the hotel.
The casino has very low ceilings and a lot of smokers. Not good if you have any kind of breathing issues - even a bad cold. Hair and clothing stink when you leave, even if you just go to one of the casino restaurants. We spent 30 minutes in the casino in a 5-day stay. Good thing there is lots of other things to do in the Biloxi area. Room was okay, but two people, one chair?
