“The best choice in Bimini”

The resort had friendly people and great service! Free shuttle service to anywhere on the resort. We went during the off season (November) and the shuttle was always available when we needed it. The beach to the north of the resort is beautiful, extending all the way to the northern tip of the island. If you are looking for a one-bedroom townhouse, be sure to consider the Tree House. It is much nicer than the studio townhouse, and the small difference in price is well worth it. The townhouses are clean and the kitchens are very nice. If I were to visit Bimini again, I’d certainly stay at this resort.

“Gorgeous clear water - views to die for!”

Bimini Bay Resort is a huge resort with a wonderfully helpful staff. We flew over from Ft Lauderdale on an 18 seater plane - 20 minute flight. The hotel had a van waiting for us. We drove to the ferry dock & the boat capt. moved our luggage to the walk-on ferry. The ride was amazingly beautiful! We docked right in front of the reception area & picked up our condo keys & hopped in our golf cart. There were beautiful pools, beaches, marinas & a couple restaurants at our resort - but, no room service. If you decide to go to Bimini, it would be wise to take along some of your favorite foods. There's a little grocery store, but they didn't have much and the prices were very high! Our only complaint involved renting the extremely expensive golf cart that was definitely needed but not dependable at all. There are no rental car companies in Bimini.

“Bimini Bay”

Vacancy level was low and we were well attended to. We were shuttled around the grounds to the bar, pool, restaurant and to and from the dive pier for our daily dives. Food was ok and the drinks were great. Service staff were very friendly. Check-in/out was perfect.

“In need of new management.”

Facilities are in need of maintenance. All of our rooms had problems with the water heaters. Beach had very few amenities. For example, there were no umbrellas available and they didn't have a sufficient amount of cushions for the chairs. They also had the water to the bathrooms turned off. They are in definite need of new management.

“Thought this was the only decent hotel on bimini, but found after the stay that there are plenty mor”

don't stay here if you want service. the houses, condos and rooms are all owned and rented. You get to stay in a grandmothers home or a jet setter. Deal with their stuff laying around the place. You have to rent a golf cart to get around the place, forget about the van that takes forever to pick up and transport you to the gate of the resort. No internet, restaurants were all closed, two of the pools were closed. Get my drift?!

“Bimini Resort? NEVER EVER!!!”

Please be advised that provided pictures of Bimini Bay Resort are complete opposite to the real situation! There is almost no beach access because of the rocks everywhere! Hotel is terribly overpriced and you definitely don't get services what you actually paid for! They advertise a lot of amenities but in fact only one pool and one restaurant was open! Bimini island is not the right place to stay more than one day! There is nothing to do at all!

“Dreadful”

Safe your money! Poor service, overprice,nothing to do.
