Friendly hotel, clean room

Room was nice, employees are friendly, bar was cordial. It was cans & clams nite but couldn't get clams brought to the bar. Had to go to another room to get them. Food in the dining room was okay. Waitress brought the wrong steak but took it off our bill because I sent the dinner back and did not reorder.

Location: Close to Cooperstown
This was in a convenient location. Staff was helpful & courteous & very accommodating. They upgraded us upon request & the room/suite was immaculate, large & well equipped. Very comfortable atmosphere, decent pool, wi fi internet & gym. Definitely a good place worth the cost.

Not bad . Not Great. No shower caps were available. Really?

Quick weekend get-away

Pros: Staff. Pool. good rates!
Location: Plenty of shopping and interesting local places to eat
Hotel was very busy, but staff went above and beyond to ensure parking and comfort! Room was spacious and clean. Great water pressure. Very comfortable beds with different types of pillows: firm and soft. Nice pool.

Pros: Pretty much everything.
Cons: Nothing. It was really a great stay.
My stay was outstanding. The hotel was beautiful and I can't say enough about the gracious staff. Lindsay at the front desk was very helpful. The food in the restaurant was delicious. It was a great stay. I could tell they valued my business. I will DEFINITELY stay there again. Oh and comfy beds.:)

Great Hotel stay

Friendly staff, newly renovated rooms, nice view of river, went to Mothers Day Brunch which was outstanding, Nice location with stores and other restaurants nearby. Will be back

The place to stay in Binghamton!

Pros: The staff were very customer service orientated and friendly and the hotel was spotless clean and well maintained.
Location: Very convenient to downtown
First, the hotel is beautiful from the moment I walked in all through and into my room. The staff all smiled and greeted me every time I walked past or up to them - very impressive! The place was spotless and my room was furnished perfectly for what I needed; very clean too. I went down for breakfast in the morning and again was greeted right away and enjoyed a great breakfast. My bill was accurate and check out went as quick as my check in. Again I got a big smile and a "Thank you for staying", she even asked if I needed a reservation for my next trip there. I couldn't ask for a better place.

Free drink

My hotel room wasn't ready when I got there and the lady at the front desk gave me a coupon for a free drink at the bar so that I can sit and wait there. I was still a bit annoyed but it was understandable due to the circumstances (a group had checked out later than expected) plus the free drink helped. The room was clean and beds were comfortable.
