OK hotel downtown

Pros: the bed was comfortable, breakfast was good.
Cons: noise
loud- could hear everything in the room next door- bloodstain on one of the bed covers. rooms were small.

I certainly understand how off-putting it is to walk in to your room and see that your bed sheets are stained. This will be discussed with the Head of our Housekeeping department. Pets

I don't care that there are pets and the hotel, but I would preferred that they were on a specific floor so that there wouldn't be right next to my hotel room.

Clean hotel, nice rooms, good location to downtown

Check in was smooth, used the gym, unfortunately no breakfast but hotel had a parking lot.

A Few Disappointments

Pros: It was clean and non smoking.
Cons: Staff attentiveness.
Location: It's near the center of town.
The hotel was clean and comfortable, everything you would want and expect from a hotel. We were disappointed that the swimming pool wasn't functioning and that there wasn't complimentary breakfast. The check in staff was not very helpful, seemed surprised that I was checking in late at 11pm?, and didn't tell me my room number as she gave me my key card (had to look at the key card) or tell me to put the parking ticket on the dash board of my car and gave me the access code for internet access. In the room, the bed frame had part of the frame sticking out and bumped our leg several times on it.

OK except for comfort of room

Bed was horrible. King-sized bed and it was completely worn out. Could not sleep at all for rolling to the middle all night long. Room temp was too hot. A/C did not work. It was probably turned off because it was in December, but still, should be able to make it more comfortable. Room was extremely small. It was tough to find room for our clothes for 2 people for a 3-night stay. Hope this is helpful for some folks. In all other ways, hotel was fine.

We recently received brand new beds and would like to inspect the bed you slept on as well as the issue with the A/C in your room. All of our rooms have the accessibility of individual thermostat control that can adjust to a guests liking. As you explained, all of our guests should be able to monitor the level of comfort in their rooms temperature-wise and we would love the opportunity to fix this issue in the room you stayed in for all of our future guests. Environment was great. Hotel staff could be a little more friendlier. We arrived, one staff person was at front desk. She didn't greet us or seemed very welcoming. She went to get another staff person who once again didn't greet us. No eye contact. Asked the name and provided the key.

A Pleasant Stay

I found this hotel to be pleasant and convenient. It was clean and well appointed and the staff was pleasant. The bar was expensive (as most hotel bars are) but nice. All in all a pleasant stay.
