Quiet stayPosted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: It was a quiet place.
Cons: Update rooms. Rooms are also way too small and dark.
Location: No much near by. Few miles to SUNY.
Just okay. Rooms have a tiny window. No view to outside. Kind of depressing.

Convenient for our purposes.Posted Aug 15, 2014
Pros: Good, free breakfast. Beds were comfortable.
We were looking at SUNY-Binghamton and came across this on Expedia. Gave it a try and were pleasantly surprised.

Nice grounds but noisy and uncomfortablePosted Aug 12, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel was very noisy. The bed had a deep hole/sag in the mattress and made for a backache the next day. Toilet kept running all night. The hall light was extremely bright coming through the door and door jam. The king bed seemed short as I am 5' 3" tall and my feet were hanging off of the bed. We travel to the area often and won't be back anytime soon.

they do a lot of small things rightPosted Aug 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
pros: large bathroom counter, hvac has a fan-always-on setting to help you sleep, lightweight blanket on bed (no heavy bedspread or duvet; this was summer), mounted dispensers for liquid soap/ shampoo/ conditioner/ lotion (not messy like bar soap), in-room Keurig, free internet, good breakfast, free self-parking ... cons: small windows, most rooms have parking lot view

Loved our stay!Posted Aug 1, 2014 on Hotels.com
We loved our choice in this hotel! The setting is beautiful and we had the extra surprise of being there for a Friday night when there was a great band and food available outdoors. The band ended plenty early not to be a disturbance. Lobby, rooms, staircase, everything was beautiful and our night came with a good breakfast. My only suggestions: a small fridge in the rooms. My only dislike: warm yogurt at breakfast. I just don't understand why it wasn't on ice when everything else was perfectly thought out. Maybe it is a cultural difference, I don't know. Overall great stay! Don't miss the hiking trails!

Hotel needs a major refresh in common areas. RoomsPosted Jul 30, 2014 on Hotels.com
Hotel has not been invested in and is running down. Staff have kept it clean though. Weakness dinning and breakfast.

Cons: Need t consider guests other than those having events at the facility
Not a lot to do on the property except play golf. Wild have been nice to have some out door seating areas.

Beautiful grounds and very peaceful.Posted Jul 19, 2014
Pros: The history of the resort is very interesting. It has character.
Cons: Our refrigerator was very noisy.
Location: We didn't have time to explore.
We really enjoyed our brief stay at Traditions at the Glen. Although we were just looking for a place to stay on our way to New York City, it turned out to be a very pleasant experience all on its own.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Traditions.Posted Jul 15, 2014 on Hotels.com
Lovely facility and grounds. Staff was very friendly and extremely responsive to any requests for assistance. Great breakfast selection included on our first morning. Only slight negative was that breakfast was not included on Sunday, or at least a discount on the breakfast buffet. Did not have time to visit the spa, but it looked very nice. Would definitely recommend to friends.
