Nice place. Good bed. Hard tall pillows. Clean room. Convenient spa down hallway. 1/2 off salt sanctuary to hotel guests.....however MAKE SURE they charge you correctly. Had to wait for credit for spa error.

Nice hotel but no maid service during our stayPosted Jan 3, 2015
The hotel was practically empty. Thus, the staff informed us there would be no maid service during our stay. We should have been refunded some of our money. The front desk said they could not do so because we booked through Expedia.

Love to stay here when in town.Posted Jan 3, 2015 on Hotels.com
WE always stay here when we are in town. The staff are extremely friendly and the food and service is excellent. We also love the spa on site. The rooms are very comfortable and the place is very quiet.

Nice looking hotel......butPosted Dec 29, 2014
Pros: The lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful, and the meal was excellent. Nice looking hotel with a nice view.
The bathroom sink was covered with "something" Obviously hadn't been wiped down. I went to use the coffee maker the next morning and there was still coffee in there from the previous guest. Obviously not cleaned. The shower was hot, but not much pressure and it was shooting multiple directions. The beds were comfortable, but after seeing the condition of the rest of the room, I was concerned if the linen was changed. (It may have been, it didn't seem dirty) Not a big deal, but some of the premium channels advertised did not work. (HBO, golf channel) On a positive note, the lady at check-in was very friendly and helpful, and the meal was excellent.

Great Location Comfy Rooms but WORST breakfastPosted Oct 24, 2014 on Hotels.com
We were on our way from NYC to Niagara Falls, and I stopped here for one night. The location of the hotel is on a hill near Binghamton, which is nice. The receptionist is friendly, and he checked in my friend's room next to my room. The room was clean and comfortable. Until we had breakfast the next morning, the mile tasted sour, and they must have left yogurt out of refrigerator for a long period of time, etc. We complained to the front desk, and then a lady must be in charge of the breakfast came in with an angry face, she changed bottle, but we didn't dare to drink, so we left with an empty stomach. In conclusion, the breakfast was the worst I had from any hotel, everything else was good.

Quiet stayPosted Oct 20, 2014
Pros: It was a quiet place.
Cons: Update rooms. Rooms are also way too small and dark.
Location: No much near by. Few miles to SUNY.
Just okay. Rooms have a tiny window. No view to outside. Kind of depressing.

UndewhelmedPosted Oct 13, 2014 on Hotels.com
Overnight stay. Rooms very dark and dated, need some work to bring hotel even up to a three star. We upgraded to a suite to get something bright and airy. Very nice situation surrounded by a golf course. Food was good however. Overall would not recommend for holiday stay, more for business overnight stay.

Clean and quietPosted Sep 20, 2014 on Hotels.com
The staff was very friendly, the complimentary breakfast was wonderful, and we always had fresh towels and the beds were made. The only con was that I would've liked grab bar in the shower/ tub. It is very slippery.
