Stayed here as it is conveniently located to the NIA. (Walking distance) lots of nice looking bars and restaurants close by and lots to do. Very well priced had everything a family needed. Room was spacious with the infant cot (hotel provided) not making it cramped at all, was very clean and nicley decorated with complimentary hot drink facilities. Free juice and hot drinks in the reception area a nice little extra. Small children's play area in reception too. Had a drink after dinner in the evening and wasn't over priced. Breakfast basic but more than adequate. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Would definatley stay again!

Stayed at the hotel with our kids and used as a base to go to Thomas land , statford and cadbury world. Hotel at reasonable location - 20 min walk to stations and centre . We have only praise for the hotel staff, room size and cleanliness . Everyone from reception , bar & restaurant are really nice , helpful and patient ( we had a 2 and a 3 year old with us - you test everyone's patience with them around :-) ) Special thanks to Daniel from the bar. Keep it up Novotel Biringham Central - we look forward to visit again !!

Stayed with my boyfriend for one night. Spacious room and very comfortable bed. Bathroom was lovely. Only two complaints. Room was very warm so had to leave the window open. Therefore as we were next to the generator that woke me up very early the next morning coming on.
