One bed apartment was surprisingly large with separate kitchen / lounge. Very well equipped including washing machine! Only downside is noise from clubs below and popularity with the stag / hen weekend crowd.

“City Centre Convenience”

Second time at Arc, accommodation as expected, comfortable, convenient for city centre and New Street station. Location good for restaurants etc.

“Good location and reasonably priced”

This is an apartment hotel with kitchen facilities in a very convenient location. It is within walking distance to major attractions and event locations in Birmingham. Remember to bring your own soap and shampoo; they are not supplied. But, there is detergent for doing your dishes.

“Smelly rooms, peeling paintwork”

travelling to Birminham for a conference, needed to be reasonably central. The first 3 nights had a 2 room apartment - it was great - clean and spacious, but last night had to move to a one bedroom on the other side. It was noisy, smelly and tiny, with poor paint work, and cigarette butts in the hallway. In addition parking is extra 11 pound per day, but they dont tell you you can get a weeks pass from the ttendant downstairs for 25 pound
