Worn out facility

Posted Dec 1, 2014
Pros: Hotel staff was excellent to deal with.
Cons: The whole facility needs torn down and a new one built.
Location: Good location, easily accessible from interstate.
The staff was excellent to deal with, but the facility is in terrible condition. The towels, sheets, carpet and furniture were worn out. There was constant noise outside and in neighboring rooms past 2:00am. Shower/bathroom was old and rusty to the point it looked very dirty.

Good rates, Charles at the desk is amazing and very accommodating however bathroom had mold, no towels in the bath and we were told by customer service that they were out, didn't have any clean and housekeeping had not arrived. Bed was broken and room was very "tight"

"Better Chain Hotel" Doesn't live up to it's name!

Posted Nov 24, 2014
Pros: Breakfast was pretty good, No juice tho, I had to get a soda out of my truck so my Girlfriend would have something to drink with breakfast,
Cons: The FIRST thing I would do would be to make sure the Staff doesn't "Threaten" to Home invade" the room, when they are asked to verify they work there!
Location: Lots of "Partys" going on Upstairs, IF you like to "party down" with the locals, I'm sure you can join in! Just the thing after driving all day! :)
We booked this hotel because we wanted a clean place to sleep while traveling back from our vacation, PLUS it was a nicer hotel chain, I've stayed at Baymont Inn's in other parts of the country, and was always quite pleased, The first problem occurred as soon as we walked into the Lobby after a 9 hour drive, it was after 4pm (Check in time is 3pm) And the Hotel clerk was waiving people off, telling them that "Housekeeping is still working on the rooms, Come back in 20 minutes" We sat in the parking lot, and people gathered in the lobby until finally about 4:30 he started checking people in, SO we get in our room, and the first thing i noticed was there were only two bath towels, NO bath Mat,NO wash clothes, NO hand towels, and the coffee pot was missing(the coffee maker was there but it was missing the pot)The bed was wrinkled, and the sheets were worn completely out, (Thread bare in places) It smelled and looked dirty, I went to the front desk with a list of missing items, One of the housekeepers was there and handed me another bath towel and said "Just use this we don't have any bathmats" I went back to my room, and there was a LOUD knock on my door, and a Male voice said "Housekeeping" I looked out the peephole and there was a large dude there, I said"How do I know you are from housekeeping? you're not wearing a uniform? He said "I'm here to give you some wash rags" I can just use my key and come in anyway if you like, I cracked the door and took the wadded up washclothes,

The room we originally checked into was filthy, no towels, no pillow cases on the pillows, the sheets appeared to have not been changed, and there was a full ashtray in the armoire of our no-smoking room. The attendant gave us a suite that was much better, but still had to get us some towels.

Terrible Experience

Posted Nov 13, 2014
Owners couldn't even get door open, broken lock, no towels, filthy walls, trash on floor, dirty sock in floor, no coffee, coffee pot dirty, no bath mat to step out of shower (or, if you're lucky enough to get one, they hang it over the tub wet), tub won't drain, dirty and broken microwave, holes in wall, no phone cord (doesn't matter, no numbers to front office anyway), rang front desk from cell phone at least 60 times with no answer (when someone was trying to use a room key to get into our room!). Hit the gas and find a decent place to stay! I wouldn't let my dog stay here!!

Horrible experience

Posted Nov 12, 2014
Was first given an occupied room. Then given a room where keypad was broke. Then told to wait in cold while she went to get another key. Waited 10 mins then received keys to 3rd room which was out of service because of broken cabinet door. Found bugs dead and alive and heater broke. Was told I would receive 20 adjustment. Just found out they backed out on that.
