Pros: Pleasant and helpful staff. Week day menu good,
Cons: The weekend menu! The carvery was finished by the time we got back in the evening & the alternative choice was very basic.
Location: Location is fine, although the weekday traffic in the local vicinity was terrible.
I chose this Hotel for myself & my colleagues for its location to the NEC and also that it had been well reviewed by others. Unfortunately this is not the right Hotel when attending or working at the NEC. No breakfast (only limited room service) available at the weekend until 8am (we had to leave by 8am) The bar was very noisy every night with extremely loud music playing which was clearly audible in the bedroom even though our rooms were not immediately over the bar area. A midweek private party closed the restaurant to guests and the very loud disco music & guest partying didn't finish until 12.30pm which made it impossible to sleep as our rooms were over the restaurant area! We had no prior warning to either the restaurant closure or the function. On a positive note the staff were all very pleasant & helpful & the food was fine. Whether staying in the Hotel for work or pleasure we would have found the noise level of the Westley unacceptable.

Location: Close to the NEC.
Rather small room, cracking floors, no elevator. Wireless free internet of great speed. Bar and restaurant incl. breakfast are of high quality, very kindly staf. Plenty of (safe) parking places. Pet friendly!
