We arrived at the hotel quite late.
We were made to feel very welcome from staff, we were able to get rooms close together and on a lower floor for one of our party who has trouble walking wothout any problems, we also requested early wake calls and taxis organising for the follwoing day and again it was no trouble for the staff.
We found everyone extremely pleasant and welcoming.
We would recommend your hotels to anyone and would love to come and stay again.

Although the hotel is large, it is pleasant and quiet. It can be used for wedding parties but the two running when we were there were not a problem. The gardens are delightful and adjacent to the various bar and restaurant facilities. Car parking is plentiful and apparently very safe.
There is quite some seating capacity in the different parts of the hotel. Never any sense of being cramped. It is easy to relax and escape or be anonymous.
The fitness suite and pool are very good especially the pool although the other facilities could be a little busy and maybe benefit from a slightly more frequent tidy up. Excellent pool and very warm as well as the roomy sauna and steam room.
The carvery restaurant is very reasonably priced and the menu good. Breakfast is excellent and delicous, all meals being taken in one of several charming dining rooms, some with garden views.
The surrounding area means a car is a good idea as you are in a small village although the hotel itself is outside and not immediately in the vicinity although it actually is right next to Keresley.
