Friendly bed and breakfast in a prime location...Posted Nov 25, 2013
Church Farm B&B is perfectly located for visiting the NEC. We stayed for one night and were welcomed by friendly staff and were given a very large and comfortable room. There was hardly any noise even though the airport is close and the full English breakfast that was provided was wonderful. I would definitely recommend Church Farm to anyone staying in the area.

Clean and tidy. Great breakfast and a good location for NEC and access to Birmingham and surrounding area. Close proximity to the airport.

Nice place if u don't mind the airport noisePosted Jun 25, 2013 on Hotels.com
Guest rooms are converted stables and are neat and tidy. The bed was comfy n the en suite was nice. The owners are very friendly and if I needed to stop close to the airport for ant reason then I would DEFO return here. Bit out of way for pub but its only 1.5 miles or £5 in a taxi. Breakfast was nice but we wanted to be out early Saturday and felt guilty at getting owner up to cook it at 7.30, but to his credit he did. Overall I rate this place BUT you must accept it on the airport flight path so there is a bit of noise.

Perfect for airport - very friendlyPosted Jun 12, 2013 on Hotels.com
Friendly, comfortable farmhouse with guest rooms in converted barn. Ideal for overnight prior to airport - will book taxi if requried, otherwise easy parking nearby.

cheap B&B under airport flight pathPosted May 13, 2013
cheap and cheerful. The reason being --it is right underneath the flight path from Birmingham airport. The first plane roared overhead at 5.15am!! People should be warned

Clean fresh décor. lovely ensuite shower/ wetroom. Family so flexible and welcoming. lovely setting in farm. Lifts given back to NEC. Good value. Nearest eating place was 20mins walk to next village and pub meal was good. Lift was offered. I would definitely go back. Breakfast around large table gave opportunity to chat to other guests. very relaxing.

Excellent value, comfort and friendlinessPosted Apr 28, 2013 on Hotels.com
This was a fantastic find for a stay near the airport, conference centre and museum. Apart from there being no hairdryer, shower gel and shampoo, this gave you all you would expect from a hotel, but on top of that a homely atmosphere and friendly chats. One thing to be aware of though you are very near theend of the runway so regular noise from planes but not overnight, so not a sleep issue.Would definitely recommend a look alongside the hotels.
