Great hotel! Everyone was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was better than expected. The pool was small but nice and warm. We all enjoyed it, but with a lot of people it would be over crowded... It would be a 5 star but the bathroom door didn’t close the easiest because it was coming off the hinges on the bottom. The shower pressure was also very lame. My hair is thick and it took forever to get it completely wet and rinsed. My shower was long.

The couch was disgusting with sweat and semen stains. I couldn't even let my child sleep on it. She slept on pillows on the floor. All these stains were clearly visible before you ever pull out the couch, so I have no idea why it hasn't been cleaned. I wish I could attach my pictures to this review.

I checked in and found dirty footprints in the bathtub. The room smelled terrible and it just didnt look clean. I immediately checked out and went elsewhere.

It was an okay stay. The bathtub was chipped and rusty. The handle for the shower fell off when we turned on the water. Overall our stay wasnt horrible. I just couldnt give it a 10 rating.

The first room I was put in the connecting room door the handle was broken and hanging off. The room door didn't close all the way unless you pushed it hard.

Nice place for a pit-stop-near I-65 and I-22
Great place to stop. Very close to I-22 and 1-65. Clean and comfy. Close to decent restaurants and gas station. Breakfast was good. parking was easy. Near good secondary roads.

Beds were comfortable and the hotel was in reasonable shape. The bad part was the room itself had wall patching that hadn’t been painted and there were roaches on the bedside stand. Breakfast wasn’t awful but not great. Room was facing gas station so was a bit noisy when trucks came through. For the price I would have expected more.

My husband and I was on a business trip and needed to rest for 1 night, we enjoyed our stay. If in the area again this is the place we're going to stay. The receptionist was very nice. The hotel smelled awesome. The breakfast was delicious. There's a lot of restaurants near by if you need to get a quick bit to eat. Overall awesome experience.

The person @ the desk was very nice, but the first room we went in, had coach roaches & it smelled funny. The desk agent changed our room with no issues, but the second room was stuffy & the AC was not working properly; the baseboards had fallen off, still roaches, & the shower had no hot water.

Tub dirty and found a roach in the tub. I asked management to please clean the tub and remove the he roach. I was told that house keeping is gone for the day and did not come to the room to clean the tub. Expedia reached out to them and they told them the same thing. No compensation from Comfort Inn but Expedia did what they could to help. How does house keeping leave. Sad management
