Pros: Relatively easy to find, close to Cincinnati.
Cons: Aforementioned closet or clothes rack and a clock/clock radio needed.
Was a bit surprised that the room did not have any closet or rack to hang up clothes plus there was NO clock or clock radio. When I asked at the desk they said no rooms had clocks. This is a first for me and I don't understand why neither of these conveniences were available.

Pros: The room was very clean. It was smoke free.
Location: The location was just right for me. The hotel was close to where I needed to be. It's location is accessible to a lot of stores and mall.
I enjoyed my stay at your hotel. The staff was courteous. The breakfast was right on time.

The front desk clerk that checked us in was very friendly. The room was fairly clean but the comforters could have used a washing. The hot tub was super hot and the pool was very cold and had trash, a band-aid and a big ball of hair floating around the bottom both nights we were there. The breakfast was gross...never have I had such watered down waffle mix that wouldn't even cook!! But the eating area was kept clean. So if you just need a place to sleep its great but I won't stay here again.

Room was comfy but had an odd smell in it. Couldn't tell if it was mold or a smoker breaking the rules. Hotel looked nice. Would stay again but next time will ask for a room change if smell is there

Cons: It could be cleaner and the elevator was hot and had an oder.
The covers on the bed was lumpy as if the bed was spreaded istead of made. The sheets had hair on them. When I got up the next morning there was a bug crawling on the sheets. I called to make my own reservation and was told by the man that answered the phone that they didn't have a suite for that particular day. I went online and booked through expedia and requested a suite and got one. When I arrived I was told I had a queen double and they didn't have a suite reserved for me. I told the desk clerk that I would just have to go somewhere else and sha zam, they did have a suite.

The stay was fine, have 2 complaints. We are handicap and had a handicap room on 1st floor. Ice machine didn't work n was told there wasn't one in the area where breakfast is served n no one suggested going to another floor for us to get some. Had to buy from local restaurant. Telephone didn't work, maintenance man came, checked n came back to say it was showing that it should be working but it still didn't. He did offer another room but they were out of handicap rooms, so that was fine, we stayed put. There was a smell when u first enter that couldn't decide what it was, wasn't real bad. Overall it was ok.

Room was dirty and needed vacuuming badly. Asked for no smoking room, but certainly didn't get one. Even the hallway smelled of smoke. Complained to front desk and their solution was to open a window...in mid-August mind you. Definitely not impressed with this hotel chain...
