I have never left a bad review, but my experience was frustrating. I booked a King Suite to specifically have a separate room. While checking in, the employee was rude and texting on his personal phone. When I got to my assigned room, I discovered it was not the King Suite that I had booked. I immediately returned to the counter to explain the mistake and ask for a King Suite, like I had booked. I showed the employee proof of my email confirmation. He said, “Well, my system says King Studio” and “there is a problem with the system. I see you booked the King Suite, but my system says King Studio.” I asked him if he could fix the mistake, as I had booked the room I needed. He was unhelpful and insisted there was nothing he could do. I finally asked if there were King Suites still available which he did confirm. I was charged an additional fee at the hotel for the room I had originally booked. I was not asking for special treatment; I just wanted the room I had booked. The stay itself was fine. The room was clean enough, though there were stains on the shower curtain.

Bathroom anti-slip strips need to be changed! Towels were very old and used, night time staff seemed very new. Carpet in hallways show signs of traffic, remote control in the room had tons of tape holding batteries in place and did not work. Staff bought 3 remotes before finding one that worked.

I called to confirm you could be 18 to check in, and was told I could. I got to the property and then wasn’t allowed to check in. Also the manager just stood behind the desk not helping for 5 minutes while his employee was helping someone on the phone. After another employee came to the front desk the manager just got onto her in front of us instead of helping us.

Property was clean and neat. Hot breakfast was ok but service was lacking. No hot water or decaf coffee provided except on Saturday morning. Hot water was needed for oatmeal/grits but had to ask for hot water and received only one cup in a thin cold drink cup.

Comfortable travelling night stop over. Breakfast was adequate but not well organized Management Tip. When you have very few rooms booked, don’t rent rooms that are stacked on different floors Late night guests kept us up late then we’re active at 4 am.

The room was clean and spacious and the bed was comfortable! The water pressure from the shower was way too high so it made the shower uncomfortable but overall the room was nice

The hotel was all around “ok” I travel a lot and have stayed in many hotels. This one is not bad at all. The only few issues we had were that our keys didn’t work they only worked once & the first floor reeked of weed.

Although the hotel itself is new and clean and fresh, when we checked in we found one of the TVs would never get our favorite station and yet the other would. This was an inconvenience since we like to watch in bed and it was this TV that malfunctioned. Also the phone was dead and when the attendant came up to check it out he merely removed it and told us to call the main desk from our cells if we needed them. When asked how he would reach us, if needed, he merely said I'll just come up and knock on your door. No attempt to rectify the situation of either nor a suggestion that we could switch rooms.

First room there was no bedding but he was quik to give us a new room. It was great. I was very disappointed in the breakfast. We paid 158. For one night. Cold eggs and a spoiled muffin not a nice way to start the day.

The room was spacious and nice. The water pressure was too strong in the shower. There were just two tissues in the bath dispenser and no bath soaps. The breakfast was poor in quality and presentation: communal plastic utensil tray, watery juice and coffee, rubbery eggs, milk jug to use for cereal or drinking, unclean tables.
