Nice Hotel Close to Lowe's

Cons: Nothing
Location: Mentioned above, but Walmart and restaurants are also nearby
This hotel is next door to Lowe's, which we needed to use a lot during our stay. The staff was friendly and went out of their way to accommodate a specific room request, a room we had stayed in before and was perfectly located for our needs. The included breakfast was pretty good, too.

One Night Stand

Pros: Location and price
Cons: Room maintenance needs to be checked and old worn out stuff needs to be replaced.
Location: Several good restaurants close by and shopping is convenient.
Rented two rooms for family visit in Birmingham, one suite and one standard room. When we walked in the hotel there was a smell of cigarette smoke on the first floor, but none on the 4th floor where our rooms were located. The hotel staff were pleasing and helpful and the hotel itself is nice and clean. Although our suite room was clean, the carpet was stained and there were mildew stains on the bathroom ceiling above the shower. Also, on the bedroom ceiling there was an area around the sprinkler head where a leak had occurred and the plaster had not been replaced. The furniture in the suite lounge area was well worn. The standard room was clean and didn't have any issues. The complimentary breakfast was good. I probably would have asked for another room had I stayed more than one night.

Stolen class ring from child

Daughter left her class ring in shower as we were preparing to leave. After we left mom called front desk to let them know it was left. Gentleman at the counter took all information about the ring and got our contact information and said he would call us back to see what he found out. No call. So dad called Wednesday and talked to manager Rhonda. She had no knowledge of anything about a ring. She said no one had turned one in. So I said then your employees stole it. She didn't care. When I told her I would tell my experience on Facebook and your website Rhonda said go ahead I don't care. I know we left the ring. Just would have thought a business that relies on the people would be more professional and curtious. I was wrong.

Cons: A new ice bag each day would be nice as well as resupply of shampoo.
Location: This hotel is located in a very nice complex with easy access to restaurants and basic shopping.
This is a nice clean hotel with friendly staff and at a reasonable rate.

Location: Traffic seems a nightmare on this road , especially during commuter times. Multiple restaurants and big box stores available.
Great for quick access, overnight stay. Personal family business. Have stayed before and liked this hotel. Convenient quick breakfast, well kept and well run.

On a scale of 1-10 I rate the hotel a 3 . the Jacuzzi wasn't hot the resfrigerater wasnt working which was a must because mhy childs bottles needed to be cold his meds everything i was disapointed

nice hotel quiet area

Quiet area, close to hwy, shopping close by. Staff was very helpful, and my daughter really enjoyed the waffles she had at breakfast
