“Very nice experience”

This hotel is among my favorites in the Birmingham area. It is always clean, well maintained and their staff has always been friendly and courteous.

“Our usual place to stay in Birmingham”

We have enjoyed the location, value , cleanliness and comfort of the Courtyard. Very convienent in Homewood and right across from the mall. Our 4th stay here.

“Good hotel right near B'ham Zoo & downtown Mountain Brook”

Right across from a huge mall; one mile from downtown Mountain Brook, a cute suburb village. Breakfast staff not enthusiastic, otherwise great hotel.

“Great, safe, comforatble and clean”

The Homewood courtyard is a lovely place to stay! The staff was very accommodating, switching our room to a courtyard view that was much more pleasant the the original parking lot view room. The courtyard is pretty, with a pool in the center and a gazebo to work or hang out in. The pool and whirlpool were clean and enjoyable, and the exercise room was a nice find as well! State of the art equipment in that small room! There is a little vending area in the lobby that includes wine and beer, as well as other snacks and beverages. My only complaint is that I felt that the bed was a little firm for my taste. That's all! The linens and bedspreads were very clean.

“Will always stay at the Courtyard Marriot”

Our stay was wonderful! This was by far the best hotel we have ever visited. The room was beautiful and the bed was fabulous with its warm downy blanket and feather pillows. The desk area was convenient and even came with wireless. There was a snack area in the lobby with plenty of beverages and chips....there was also a frig in the room. The housekeeping staff was very friendly....even the little bottles of bath products were lovely for a change. This is now the only hotel we will stay with where ever we travel.

“Very Impressed”

Our visit was awesome!! The hotel staff went far above any and all expectations.

“Nice and comfortable”

The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable with soft sheets and lots of pillows. The only let down was the lack of a continental breakfast or room service. They do have a breakfast but it's not included and you can't order from your room you have to go to the lobby. Computers in the lobby with high speed access for guests.

“Impressed!”

The breakfast was very good, one of the best hotel breakfasts I;ve ever had. The bed was super soft and comfortable. Great whirlpool, and internet area. Very pleased with the staff. Would stay there again.

“Good value.”

I've stayed here for the past 25 years whenever I'm in Birmingham. I've tried a few other places and keep coming back to this one. That says it all, doesn't it? Clean, convenient, pleasant grounds, courtyard with a pool, private, quiet, it's a pretty location and comfortable.
