All I can say is it was the best weekend break I've had for a while, great location, fantastic amenities and wonderful staff.

Staff were excellent, rooms superb including sky sports 1, 2 and 3. 10/10 for everything but the price including a superb breakfast made it 11!! Next time I got to the NEC I will stay there and use free fitness centre. Its better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed in

“Lovely hotel, good value”

My wife and I visited this hotel in January 2010. It's a new building, everything is new, clean and the decor is tasteful. Staff were friendly and helpful, and room was comfortable. We ate in the hotel on the first night - food and service were good. Breakfast was OK with a fairly basic selection of the usual cold buffet and full English options. There was some noise one night due to some residents bing on a 21st birthday party. They put an express bill through the door on the last morning implying that payment was due, even though I had paid Expedia in advance. However there was no problem at reception when I stated this.

First impressions certainly count and we were very impressed. The premises were exceptionally clean and tidy and the lobby was smart and modern. The check in girl was polite and friendly and explained everything we nedded to know. All the areas we used were clean and new looking on our way to the room, which itself was impressive. Not the largest room we have ever stayed in but adequate for our needs. More important was the cleanliness and temperature but above all, the comfort of the bed which was superb, as was the breakfast. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will certainly stay again.

“Excellent Hotel”

Room was very comfortable. Restaurant and pub both offered good food, but pub closed too early (11pm on weekdays). Exerise facilities were excellent, some of the best I've seen at a hotel in this price range.

I booked the hotel due to its close proximity to the NEC and was delighted with my choice. The hotel was tastefully decorated, the rooms luxurious and the staff extremely helpful and welcoming. Meals in both the bar and restaurant were of a high standard and the service was excellent.

“Pleasure to stay”

I would highly recommend this hotel-it was a pleasure to stay in. It was spotlessly clean and the decor fresh. The most impresive aspect was the staff who were curteous and well humoured. It was very easy to get to NEC-about 10 minutes along an easy route. Will definately stay again.
