“Horrible stay”

On their website it says they have a pool but when we arrived there was signs inside the lobby that said pool closed. When i asked about it the person that was helping me had an attitude and told me that if i needed a hotel with a pool i could go elsewhere. Then told me that the pool had been closed for two years and they are not reopening it. Then we had a problem with the bathtub and when they came in to fix it they told us that they dont have the part they need and they dont order them anymore. So we were told just to plug it with whatever. I did not like the hotel and i will not be staying there again.

“Not hard to please”

I was well pleased with the rooms. The staff was very polite, and helpful. The only area of concern was the check-in time, which was 3:00 P.M. The overall experience was great. I will be using this one again.

I was expressed with the Homeland / downtown Birmingham areas.

“TV Remote would not work. I did not bother to call office.”

The staff should have checked to see that the TV remote was working. I would not recommend this motel.
