“Great Choice”

This new hotel was very nice, all the amenities. Breakfast was great with omelets cooked to order. Staff was excellent with offers to help with any questions.

“Great Embassy Suite - Relatively New - New Design - Friendly Staff”

This was our first stay at this newly designed Embassy Suite. The new design is more square than rectangular with the bath opening into the bedroom and living area. The staff were super friendly and helpful. The meals were great. Happy hour had more snack food than most Embassy Suites. Convenient to Galleria Mall. Good location for travelling to University of Alabama football games.

This was a great location, very quiet, never heard any noise. Beautiful suite, totally satisfied, will stay there again!

“Can't Go Wrong!”

My husband had a seminar at The Winfrey. I refused to stay there because it has become so dated and in need of renovations. The Embassy Suites was a wonderful, close alternative. Loved our accommodations, the staff was excellent and helpful, the complimentary breakfast was outstanding, as was the evening happy hour. Only one thing kept me from giving a 5-star rating across the board. On our first morning there, I relaxed in our room until around 10:40 a.m - with the "Do Not Disturb" sign on my door. When I left, I removed that sign, and I was gone until after 5:00. When my husband and I returned to our room, we were surprised and disappointed to find that it had not been cleaned/freshened. My husband called guest services, and our room was freshened while we were at dinner. Wonderful, modern, comfortable, clean place to stay. Highly recommend.

Great service, clean rooms and surounding areas, friendly staff. One sugestion would be changing pool hours.

The room was very large. We had 3 adults and 3 children but never felt cramped. It was awesome. The breakfast was excellent.

“Exceptional stay”

I absolutely loved everything about this hotel. The only complaint I have is that there were teenage girls in the room next to ours who were up all night gossiping and we could hear. But really, that was more of an annoyance. The room was VERY clean. The staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The bed was the most comfortable bed I've had in a while. Breakfast was my favorite part though. Had a warm buffet of basic brkfst items but you could get other things "made to order."

Everything was as expected! Lots of folks at breakfast on Sat & Sun but I think that is normal.
