Everyone from the front desk and the drivers for the shuttle were so nice and went out of their way to take care of us.

Had a great stay over Memorial day weekend. Front desk staff were responsive and friendly. The breakfast was nice, though the holiday surge seemed to overwhelm the capacity of the staff and facilities. The room was very clean, up to date and perfect for a my wife and I and our 18 month old son.

Excellent service from all the staff. The room was pleasantly nice. However, I do not care for their carpeting as I am the kind who do not like dark colored carpet.

the stay was a very plesure one except for the pool. The adults are only given one hour to enjoy the pool without kids there. I understand families are visting however when the children take over the hottub when adults are relaxing in it and also over take the pool at the same time it becomes not relaxing but a bit frustating. The hotel rules takes parents should watch their children at all times but we observed children playing on the elevators,running on floors and in and out of exit stairways as we ate breakfast. This was not only annoying but also very dangerous.

The staff at this hotel was top notch. Very friendly and accomodating. We took our kids and they loved the indoor pool. The hotel's proxemity to the highway makes it easy to access all thatBirmingham has to offer. I Highly recommend this property.
