Very Nice Stay

Pros: Value for money
Cons: fridge didn't work well at all in 327, and no fridge in 325
Location: pleasant location
Nice hotel, we had a very pleasant stay. At the price we paid it was a bargain and well above what we expected. Would recommend. Many Thanks

Good stay over for a party. Staff very helpful, Relaxed in pool etc, Could do with a dust behind the tv stand.

we only stayed one night but good hotel for the price. pool was busy before breakfast. breakfast and our room were both v good. we were on a sight seeing break so this hotel met our needs. our children enjoyed it too. staff very attentive at breakfast. great!

Great hotel for M6 and Alexandra stadium

Pros: Location and staff.
Cons: Pillows
Got a very good rate and enjoyed staying at this hotel. It is convenient for Alexandra stadium. The staff were really friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar area overlooking pretty gardens. My only complaint is that the pillows were too hard -even the ones labelled 'soft'!

Nice hotel with very good reception staff, little lad was given an activity pack on arrival. Good leisure facilities and games room for children (and me) on weekend, convenient location.

Lovely hotel just off the motorway

Very welcoming reception staff, requested ground floor room and iron got both without any reminders, breakfast quality and service excellent, pool a bit tired and in need of renovation, wouldn't use the hotels contracted taxi service again due to last taxi driver and scariest taxi journey of our life! Wouldn't hesitate to book again or recommend!
