“Alabama surprise”

I went to Birmingham unexpectedly and got this hotel because they offered a free airport shuttle. The staff was completely hospitable and cheerful. The free breakfast was unbelievable. The room was very spacious and clean. I just came back from 3 hotels in the Vegas area and none of them stacked up well against this southern surprise.

“Good Value Nice Hotel”

Nice Hot Breakfast, good size room. I didn't have a car so I ordered a pizza for dinner. I could have walked to McDonalds. The shuttle only ran until 8:30 p.m. at night and that's when I got in. Overall it was a really nice hotel.

“Reasonable stay”

Due to ongoing renovations the exercise room wasn't available. While accommodations were made for the use of the exercise room at a nearby competitor it was a major inconvenience because of the cold weather.

“nice hotel”

had problems at check in but hotel quickly took take of it and made my stay very nice. breakfast "buffet" not what it sounds like. people very nice. parking is tight so get back to hotel early if you want a parking spot. over all nice place and would stay there again

“Very Adequate for the Business Traveler”

Accommodations were good. Clean, friendly, looked new or newly remodeled. The selection for breakfast was limited since they were out of several things.

“safe and clean”

for some reason I booked us into another hotel in the area - bad move...this hotel is head and shoulders better!

“Manager hurt this review”

This was a decent stay overall. The ant issue was a bummer, but the staff was great. Unfortunately the manager could have learned a few things from his staff.
