Great HotelPosted Sep 15, 2013
Pros: It was very modern and clean, all the facilities in great condition and felt new. The view from the hotel room was great and the bed comfortable.
Cons: A bigger tv, but the tv was 32 inch so I am just being greedy.
Location: Next to the mailbox shopping mall, and canal, lots of shops and bars and restaurants. Bang in the centre of Birmingham.
Excellent location in central Birmingham. Very modern hotel with great facilities. The staff are very helpful. Brings a new definition to a room with a view being on the 23rd floor. We had a great time and ate at Marco Pierre Whites restaurant. The bathroom was very modern and big shower and complimentary toiletries. The bathroom has a speaker connected to the TV so you can listen to music in the shower, very cool feature. We came for a little break of shopping romantic meal and stay in hotel. We had a great time.

Super modern hotel with a super modern car parkPosted Aug 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The hotel and rooms were very new and modern. Levels of service were excellent and the automated car park a revelation. Well priced overall but breakfast could have been a little cheaper; perhaps a continental option?

Nice hotel, very very noisyPosted Jul 24, 2013 on Hotels.com
Nice hotel with modern touches and friendly staff. Unfortunately I'd a terrible night's sleep as some genius decided to carryout renovations in the kitchen area above my room starting at 10pm and continuing until 2 or 3am. The noise of drilling and hammering was intolerable. I contacted reception several times and was assured it would stop in ten mins but it went on for hours. Several guests were out in the hallways wondering what was going on. This disregard for guests is completely unacceptable in a 4 star hotel.

Pleasantly suprised with a great hotel experience.Posted Jul 14, 2013
Pros: Favourite parts were room, views and best hotel breakfast in a long while!
Cons: Can't think of anything off hand.
Location: Great location with amazing city views on a sunny day.
Spend a fair bit of time in hotels and was pleasantly surprised by this stay. Views were great from bedroom – even better from the dining room. Must also say the 'Cube' breakfast was one one of the best I've ever had in a hotel. Staff service all round great too.

Great place, great stay. Only problem was the safe in the room did not work although I'm sure they would have sorted it if we'd asked.
