Modern hotel with a good breakfast and discounted parking if you are staying at the hotel. Some areas in the bedroom were tired but it was clean and comfortable 😊 Every staff member I came across was friendly and polite.

I paid for a supierior room with a queen bed. It was a bog standard room with a king bed. The quilt cover had rips in it. The carpet was stained the walls were dirty. I had to pay extra for staying in the carpark which wasnt advertised anywhere online or around the carpark or hotel. I called for room service and they wanted to charge again obviously i knew i had to pay for the food but this was an extra charge. I went out for a smoke quite late and sat in my car and witnessed a lad trying to gain access to cars in the carpark. I reported it and the guys went outside to see if they could find him. Later he was back with 4 friends. I didnt feel safe to be honest. If it wasnt for the fact that i was staying here for a wedding near by and the fact that id used all the money i had on this hotel i wouldnt have stayed here. I would have stayed else where. When i raised about the room, bed, cleanliness to reception she replied well you was miss sold the room cause they are all standard rooms and king beds, and the room is what it is. I have never stayed anywhere where they have this attitude and normally will do what they can to help resolve the issue. Very dissapointed

Staff we're very friendly and helpful. Rooms were nice. The location is very accessible from major roads. Food was pretty good

Conveniently located for the M6 and Coventry, nice hotel, good rooms, great beds and very clean throughout. Also does a good buffet breakfast too

Fantastic
One of the most comfortable Hotels i have stayed considering i suffer back problems. I Love the shower room love the idea toilet is separately.

Comfortable nights sleep
We had booked a twin room but it hadn’t been added to the system but the receptionist got us allocated to a twin pretty quickly. Room was very comfortable, beds a really nice balance between soft and firm - super comfortable. Considering it’s by the motorway we couldn’t hear anything with the windows closed and between that, the blackout curtains and the air con it made for a really good nights sleep - would definitely stay again!

Lovely hotel and very helpful friendly staff, it’s fantastic being dog friendly too. Only thing that lets it down is the food from the restaurant. Paid £11.25 for a pizza that tasted like a £5 frozen pizza from a supermarket, and had to wait over 30minutes for it.

Was a lovely hotel and everything was so clean and welcoming. The only problem was my door didn’t lock all the way but did lock half way. Other then that was amazing

The room was pleasant but the lack of a washbasin in the separate toilet negate it usefulness as I had to use the one in the shower room. The dining facilities were nice but the food was poor very gristly steak. Breakfast was ok but at 9.30 a bit overcooked.

Not the cleanest or tideist of hotels, loose door separated my room from next room and they were very noisy and smoking innthe bedroom, reported it to hotel reception, but the hotel did nothing about it, could not sleep all night
