“SEC Baseball Tournament”

We stayed for five nights and slept so well! The down comforters were very nice. We even had an extremely large flat screen LCD TV with additional AV jacks built into the wall next to it if we wanted to hook up our X-Box for the kids or a laptop, etc. The sleeper sofa was even a hit with the kids. Even though the hotel was full, we didn't hear any other guests coming and going at all; even in the morning. The breakfast choices were cold cereal, yogurt, bagels, toast, etc. Not bad overall. All of the employees were very friendly and polite at all times. I can't wait to come back next year!

“Large rooms & nice location”

The hotel staff were extremely helpful. On check-in a guy that worked there saw me standing in line and asked if I had a reservation. I told him I did and he showed me how to use the kiosk which took about 30 seconds to check in and get my room key. The breakfast was lacking a little bit but I enjoyed it. Very satisfying stay, room was very spacious.

“Excellent”

The set up at the Hyatt was perfect for my family. Having the kitchen and living room areas for the same price as a regular room at another hotel was awesome. This is where we will now be staying each time we go back to visit family.

The staff was so friendly and helpful, the room and hotel were very comfortable and clean, the whole experience was awesome. We will be back probably every year when we go to see our grandaughter. The city itself was like a picture on a post card, it was clean, well manicured and the people there were all very friendly. Now I know why our son does not want to move back to Texas.

“Very nice”

Very nice hotel. Nice plasma TV in room, plenty of room for our needs. Only complaint was that the cut fruit in the breakfast buffet tasted funny/bad.

“Great value, very modern.”

Absolutely great. We went for the Penn State-Alabama game, and were completely satisfied with this hotel. It was a great value, considering a pool, safe neighborhood, very nice breakfast, modern furnishings, nice TV, work area, and a comfortable room. The lobby bar and lounge was a very nice touch - we only wish we had more time to relax and hang out there. Highly recommended.
