Great location in Birmingham

Club rooms on the 23rd floor give a wonderful view and access to free drinks and canapes from 5 p.m. Very good!

Lovely friendly staff and very well turned out-breakfast in club class a delight- only there for two nights but left very positive impression that all is very well in this hotel

Lovely central hotel.

Pros: Central location, excellent facilities and very comfortable rooms.
Cons: Tea and coffee in the rooms.
Location: Perfect for the Symphony Hall.
Perfect for all things city - we went to the Symphony Hall via a walkway from the hotel itself. We stayed in a Regency Club room, with free bar, snacks and continental breakfast. Beds very comfortable and room very clean. Excellent bathroom and generally pleasing ambience. We would certainly recommend the hotel.

A superb city centre hotel

Pros: Rooms very clean and comfortable. Excellent staff and facilities. Great location.
Location: Birmingham's Symphony Hall and REP, the canal and all of its bars and restaurants are across the road. Shopping centre is just 10 mins walk away.
I've only positive comments to make about the Hyatt Regency in Birmingham. We always have such a fantastic stay. The facilities are wonderful and the staff could not be friendly, more professional or willing to help - nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have the best stay possible. The swimming pool and spa facilities are a wonderful addition. We stay in the Club Floors, so access to the Regency Lounge was very welcome and the team in there (particularly Inga) were wonderful - even with a boisterous toddler in tow they were not at all fazed! The location is great - the shopping areas, attractions, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. All in all a fabulous hotel and team of staff!

Luxury Hotel

Cons: The bar area is a little tired and could do with some improvement, seemed tired and dated.
This feel very luxurious, rooms we're clean and comfortable. The bar area is a little tired and could do with some improvement (which I believe they are in the process of doing). Overall a nice hotel, staff are helpful and friendly, would stay here again.

Executive lounge

Paid extra $50 for uprate to Executive room with executive lounge. very disapointed nothing much to serve. even coffee tased very bad.

well located for a central birmingham stay

Pros: I liked the location, the views from the hotel room, the welcoming staff, the free wi-fi and the ability to use the club lounge
Cons: There was an uncollected room service tray left in our corridor for the duration of our stay which spoilt the otherwise excellent impression.
Location: We toured the centre of Birmingham - the library, art gallery, town hall. We visited the Bull Ring and Mail Box, walked and took a boat on the canals
Staff were knowledgeable, curteous and extrememly helpful throughout our stay. We made good use of the hotel's facilities from the "Club Lounge" for afternoon tea, drinks and canapes, the swimming pool and dinner in the restaurant. The receptiona and concierge staff helped to arrange storage of our luggage whilst at a function and then let us use the leisure area changing facitilies later that afternoon post check out. Nothing was too much trouble.

Prefect for the ICC.

Stayed while attending a conference at the ICC which it could not be closer to, and has its own Bridge across the road to. Restaraunts really close by, next to the icc by the canal, lots of choice. Hotel was perfect, really clean and comfortable but breakfast was very expensive.
