I stayed here for a girls night off on Saturday night. From the moment I walked in to the hotel and was greeted with "you must be with the sisters" I felt right at home. We were a late walk in for afternoon tea - no problem at all and I have to say it was one of the best I have ever had. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel - each time the food was excellent. The staff really do deserve a special mention - they were so helpful and friendly - a real credit. The hotel was full over the weekend with half marathon runners and a wedding but it never felt crowded or rowdy. They had live music in the lounge on Sunday lunchtime which was lovely. The rooms were very modern and clean. They were also very spacious. My only gripe was when we tried to order some room service it took about fifteen minutes for someone to answer the phone. When the chips did arrive (at a cost of £5.95 each) there were about 10 in each bowl. This was a bit of a mickey take when everything else seemed such good value. All in all, a wonderful stay.

We used this hotel as an overnight stop and didn't get a chance to use the restaurant or bar. The staff were friendly and the room clean and it was lovely having such a large bed. The staff kindly put us at the other end of the hotel as there was a wedding happening. Would definitely stay again.

Such a lovely building, and great to see it being so well looked after. I stayed in one of the newer outbuildings and expected it to disappoint (can you tell I've booked rooms at beautiful hotels before; only to find what I've actually got is a room in a modern and unimaginative building tucked away behind it?).
Contrary to expectations the new building has been built to a very high standard and offers spacious, quality accommodation.
Food was excellent, room service very quick. Breakfast offered a range of choices.
All in all an excellent hotel and i would love to find a reason to return very soon!

I was a bit wary on booking this hotel....hotel without a window? What's that all about?
It has very good reviews so I booked it to try it.
Small, compact room that makes the absolute best of its space. Suitcase fitted right under the bed allows you more room.
The longest bed I have ever seen with a state of the art Samsung TV at the bottom of it fitting into the wall.
A choice of ambient lighting to suit your mood includes a clever illusion that you do indeed have a window and it's a sunny day outside.
This place is very well priced (I mean cheap) and is worth every penny.
An added bonus is the location, it is situated around St Pauls Square that has everything if you want to avoid the city centre. If you do want the city centre then it's only 10 minutes away. I will certainly be going back again.

This is a small, family run, hotel. We stayed here for 2 nights. The service was excellent and the young staff couldn't do enough for us. The food was really good.
We'd stay here again without hesitation.
