Hotel could have been nicer...tub had dirty stains and construction was going on down the hall.

Good value

Pros: Free Breakfast
Cons: Online site should say when an amenity isn't available--like the POOL.
Location: Tons of restaurants around. Also near a strip mall.
The overall stay was nice enough. My only criticism was that I chose this hotel because it had an indoor swimming pool. Get there, and the pool isn't available--no reason given. This is a big problem with the booking companies--they don't differentiate between indoor and outdoor pools, and there isn't timely updating.

Okay for short lay over. Very poor TV selection.

Unhelpful Staff

Cons: Staff attitude and customer service
Look for another hotel. Too much money for the very basic facilities and the unfriendly staff

The staff was very nice. The pool had a leak and was not being heated during our stay. The indoor pool was the main reason I picked this hotel, so I was very disappointed. The hotel is very pet friendly so that was good. Overall positive

If you want them, you'll have to come get them.

My wife and kids were getting settled in the room while I ran to a meeting. After calling the front desk to ask for sheets for the sofa sleeper, the attendant told her that if she wants sheets, she'll have to get them herself. So she had to change out of pajamas and drag the sleepy children down to pick up sheets. There were a few ants we saw in the bathroom. Also, the water in the shower never got above a "lukewarm" temperature. Otherwise, breakfast was good.

Good stopover on long trip

Posted Dec 29, 2014 on Hotels
Last minute booking because hotel next door was not dog friendly after all. The front desk was very nice, friendly to our dog, doesn't charge for pets (although you sign a waiver if there is damage). Property is a little dated and worn, but clean and comfortable. Area is typical right off the interstate with hotel chains, fast food and some chain restaurants. Since we were stopping overnight on a long drive, it fit the bill perfectly.

Disappointed.

Understaffed! There was no one at the front desk when I arrived. Took them 5 minutes to come to the front desk because they were preparing for breakfast for the next morning. One of our beds did not have a blanket on it. I called the front desk and they had me come down to get one. Really? The next morning there was no hot water because the hot water heater went out. Hotel needs a major paint job. Not impressed. Fortunately the poor overworked people behind the counter were extremely friendly and service oriented. Just needed more staff.
