Nice, clean rooms at this hotelPosted Mar 31, 2014
Pros: Cleanliness and location.
Cons: Continental breakfast after 7 am, and I had to depart at 6:30, so missed it.
Location: Close to Hwy. 280 and I-459, so anything S. of B'ham is very convenient.
Hotel is undergoing room renovations, but minimal disruption from construction, just some parking spaces taken up by dumpsters and construction trailers. We stayed in a recently remodeled room, very clean, of course new carpet and paint, room was VERY nice. Would definitely stay there again.

Good location, poor breakfastPosted Jan 5, 2014 on Hotels.com
The hotel is in a good location, the room is clean and have a good wi-fi connection. The breakfast is a little poor and the receptionist can be more friendly

just a dayPosted Jan 3, 2014
Pros: breakfast in the morning
Location: seemed like a safe area
my first room was unclean, but the staff quickly switched me with a different room which was. the toilet took forever fully flush, and you'd have to wait a while if you wanted to use it again. I did not feel like the room was clean at all after my issue with the room that wasn't clean. the computer they offered downstairs didn't really work. they did provide coffee, alarm clock and HD tv

Fantastic valuePosted Dec 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
I stay at this location every time I come to visit friends in the area. It is very inexpensive and always clean and comfortable. The front desk personnel are always friendly. They have refurbished the breakfast area since my last visit and it looked very nice. The bed was very comfortable which was much appreciated both after and before making my 12 hour drive. The only complaint I had on this trip did not involve the hotel at all, but the city made some big changes to 280 which is the only way to and from the hotel and it can be a little difficult to navigate now. But, the hotel is fabulous and the traffic inconvenience is a small price to pay. I will stay here again.
