Room was neat and clean, bed very comfortable. Hotel was quiet, staff friendly and attentive.

I knew to expect the room to be a little small given the reviews. And I must say it was incredibly comfortable and the perfect size. I was there for a shopping weekend and the location and cost were outstanding. Highly recommend.

“Very impressive Hotel”

I would like to say that we were very satisfied with our hotel stay. The service was friendly and helpful. The condition/cleanliness of the hotel and rooms was great!! It is in a great location and the surrounding area has lots of shopping and dining. We had just stayed in the Microtel in Muscle Shoals a few weeks ago. If I could change anything about this stay (In Hoover) it would be the breakfast. The one in Muscle Shoals has waffles. My daughter was a little disappointed, but we would still stay again. Very reasonable rates. Thanks

“Pleasantly surprised”

This was the first time we stayed at a Microtel Inn and was pleasantly surprised. Not sure if others are as nice as this one, but we will certainly stay at another one during the course of our travels. The "fresh baked" cookies the front desk offered were delicious! Thank you Microtel.

“Great hotel for the price!”

Very friendly staff! We had a little issue with our first room and they were quick to get us a new room with no problems. Room was nice and comfortable. Breakfast bar was adequate and clean. We will use Microtel more often is they are all like this..

This was a great hotel! Excellent location and it was in immaculate condition. The rooms were really quite too. Another thing was that they had fresh cookies at night - we made it a habit to grab one, then grab a carton of milk out of the fridge (they had juice too) - and take it up to the room for a before bedtime snack. It was really a nice place to stay!

“Convienent, clean, nice staff, would stay there again”

Stayed as a golf trip to Ross Bridge. Very close to food, shopping & golf. Very nice accomodations. Would recommend.
