Comfortable and quiet

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Local hotel in walking distance from shops tram buses train. Only downside was the tv kept cutting out! Very freindly staff. if you pay cash expect to pay a deposit and for you to wait at reception whilst they call up for someone to check the room negore you get your deposit back. It was a quick check but embarassing.

Nice hotel and very quite

Posted Jun 25, 2015
Pros: Parking was paid upon leaving, but the staff working at hotel let 2 cars go for free which was very nice gesture, really helpful and thoughtful.
Cons: Parking for the customers staying at hotel should be free depending on how many days they are staying as hotel is closer to city.
Location: location was perfect close to city centre and there's lots of things to do around
Had a very pleasant stay, everything was in order for the arrival

Close to railway station

Posted Jun 23, 2015
Pros: Location. Cleanliness. Staff efficiency. Breakfast.
Cons: Nothing
Location: Close to railway station.
Stayed overnight to attend Cosford Airshow next day. Good location within easy walking distance of railway station. Great room at very reasonable rate. Excellent breakfast. Staff very helpful and reception staff even looked up the weather forecast for me so I could decide whether to dress for rain or sun!

Great location near main transport stations

Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: Spaciousness
Cons: Iron - would have liked a cotton cloth to use as the non-stick coating was worn. I could have asked for assistance, but I stayed 2 nights only.
Location: Few minutes' walk away, with the improved Town centre facilities happening.
As a Deaf customer with a muscle disability, this is one of my favourite hotels in terms of distance from the transport stations and town centre.

Nice hotel overall

Hotel staff were very pleasant. Hotel room was OK but the bathroom was a little bit small. Other than hotel is ideally located within the City and not hard to get to.
