“Comunication problems”
The hotel have comunication problem, could not make international calls.
“I would use the Paragon again”
We had a twin room, which was a little small for the use of two people
“staff could do with communication training”
I arrived at the hotel and when checking in i specifically asked for a quiet room. The guy on reception just booked us in and gave us the keys and the rooms were the noisest we could get as they were facing the road. I complained next morning annd he said that was all they had available. If that is the case he could have told us when he gave us the keys but didnt really speak at all. At breakfast there were no cups and we had to wait - even although the breakfastroom was quiet.
“Gerne wieder”
“Paragon Hotel”
Very nice hotel in Birmingham and extremely handy for the city centre, including New St station or Symphony Hall. Nice, helpful staff and lovely food.
“Pleasant stay”
The hotel is quite close to the Bullring shopping centre, good bus links to other areas of Birmingham too. The room was clean and quite comfortable and we enjoyed our stay in Paragon Hotel.
