Little parking, but great location.Posted Mar 15, 2013
Cons: Lack of parking
Location: Dead centre in the city. Great to get to local areas.
Very nice apartment. Only problems I found were only 8 on-site parking spaces, for some 50 apartments, so if you want secure parking booked VERY early. Other than that, beds are divans on casters, so getting in to bed was rather a rollercoaster experience. But if you want a reasonably priced place, balls deep in the city, but without it being a full hotel? Can't really go wrong with them.

loads of space and great servicePosted Nov 4, 2012
Pros: Space, location, staff
Cons: that parking is limited and must be pre booked
Location: right next to Bullring, close to HMV Institute for gigs, above a really good Chinese/Vietnamese cafe with loads of veggie food
Great location, loads of space, very helpful and friendly staff. Decor a little in need of an upgrade but nothing terrible. Expedia's less-than-helpful information at the time of booking/in the run-up to my trip meant that I didn't realise you had to pre-order a car parking space, or that reception was only open until 9pm (later arrivals have to phone for the duty manager). However, the receptionist at the time couldn't have been more helpful and I was really impressed. The apartment idea is great - you get lots of space and a kitchen etc, so can cook for yourself. There's also a really good Chinese/Vietnamese cafe below the hotel, which I also recommend!

Location: Bullring for shopping China town for restaurants
I was looking for a central Brimingham location that had parking, comfort and was reasonably priced and this scored highly on all three. Walking distance of the Bullring [4 mins], the Hippodrome [4 mins], China Towen [3 mins]. Nice to relax in a seperate living room/kitchen after a days shopping and sightseeing. I recommend it highly.
