“Excellent Hotel”

We were exptremely pleased with the location overlooking the canal, it was very pleasant. The room was clean and spacious and the staff very helpful. Breakfast was also good and the staff helpful and friendly. I will definately stay here again next time in Birmingham.

On the plus side the rooms are big and are well equipped with a LCD TV, Iron, Ironing board etc. The service was simply excellent, the staff were always helpful, polite and professional- something which seems to be lacking at alot of hotels these days. The negatives were mainly the lack of upkeep with part of the towell rail falling off over night and the phone not working- although i am sure if I had asked this would of been fixed quickly. Also there was some external noise but this is probably to be expected for such a central location.

Love this Hotel and Location is Great!!!!!!!! Just a little problem....I don't understand why such a good Hotel doesn't have any inside Internet facilities..... Highly recomend it......

“Excellent City Centre Hotel”

Clean, comfortable hotel. Welcoming, friendly staff. Very quiet for a city centre hotel. Excellent choice of restaurants and shops on the doorstep. Walking distance from railway station, art gallery and museum and theatre. No complaints at all.

I do really love going to this Hotel, whenever in Birmingham.The location is fantastic, with plenty of shops, cafes, restaurants,nearby. And a very short walk distance from the city main Library,Galleries, Markets, Shopping Centres. The only Negative point I would give, is that being such a well rated Hotel, there is NO Internet facilities in the rooms or in any part of the Hotel.

This was my first trip to Birmingham City. I would highly recommend the Ramada Hotel, as the quality-price was just great. Next time, I'll certainly book again there!!!!!! A very satisfied Customer.......

This hotel is very well suited for all people that want to explore Birmingham! It is right at the heart of the Mailbox, with its restaurant's, bars and shops! It is also close(just down the canal)to Broad Street with all its clubs! The staff are very helpful, with the hotel restaurant, being very well priced and offering exceptional quality!
