The Valet parkers were very friendly and helpful, We were able to check in at 11:00 am(early). Check out was easy and quick. Convienent to BJCC and highway tho' not a lot to do within walking distance if it was not at the BJCC

“THE STAFF WAS WONDERFUL”

My flight got in at 11pm and the shuttle picked me up,he also showed me where to get food, the staff greeted me with open arms, helped me to get a rental car which picked me up from the hotel. I was in Alabama for my father"s funeral and the staff was so wonderful to me that I truly give them 5 stars!!!!

“Excellent Birmingham Hotel”

My stay at the Sheraton Birmingham was great from the moment I arrived. Staff at the Reception Desk were friendly and wonderful. I immediately felt welcome. When I arrived at my room, I was so pleased with it and with the view outside of my 15th floor room. The hotel was in a fantastic location, a short drive from everything...restaurants, shoplife and night life. I could not have asked for anything more. I am so happy that I stayed there and so are my friends who also stayed there!!! Thank you!!!

THe hotel is connected to the convention center so it is very convenient and was a nice place to stay. The rooms were very clean with lots of pillows.
