We opted for the Sheraton because it was adjacent to the BJCC concert venue. Very convenient to get to. While the City Walk offered good choice, they were all extremely busy. Strange for a hotel this size to have such limited food and beverage facilities.

Honestly, I had read mixed reviews about the cleanliness of the hotel and the hospitality of the staff, so I was unsure what to expect. We had a wonderful experience. The room was nice, clean, and fully stocked with towels as well as various other items. Every staff member we interacted with was extremely friendly and helpful. It was also in a great location for events at the BJCC.

I had to use the elevator to get to get to the second floor to access my rooms elevator because the escalator was broken. The area at the top of the stairs was dark and seemed abandoned. As a man I was fine but I noticed the ladies waiting on the main elevators seemed nervous due to the dim lighting in the area. A little maintenance to the elevator from the ground to the second floor needs to occur also. Some drunk must have had a kicking fit inside and messed up some of the bottom granite edging. 1032 was my room and it was nice. The bathroom counter had been repaired and the dark caulk looked like brown mud smeared in the crack. Bed was nice and room smelled great.

Not worth the price. Seems outdated. I usually like the architecture of an older hotel, but this is worn out and dirty. Enjoyed the 16th floor veiw but totally not worth the price!!

We were attending a concert at the BJCC and the enclosed walkway from the hotel to the venue was closed. We paid a premium price for the room but our view was of an enclosed roof with mechanicals. The lotion in our bathroom was half used. Not really what I expected from this hotel.

Not a great experience. First of all, everything about this hotel is over-priced. The drinks in the bar were very expensive, the restaurant attached to the hotel was too high of a price point, and even the cable/tv service was crap. You got basic cable, and you couldnt even log into an streaming service. If you wanted to listen to music on the tv, you had to pay for it! This place thinks way too highly of itsself, especially since the basics were broken, ie. sink in the bathroom and the icemaker on several floors. We basically checked in, and checked out about 2 hours later

The pool was under renovation (kids were looking forward to swimming), the room phone was unusable, floor ice machine broken. The hotel charged my credit card $75 for incidentals at check in and it won't be refunded for 5 days, the breakfast was $22 per person for what would be free at any other hotel, there was no complimentary coffee, only coffee you had to pay for. Parking was $28 a night and across a sky bridge. Same price as any other hotel with none of the amenities. Furthermore, everything extra was extra $$$

I booked this property because I was going to a concert at the BJCC and it was close to the venue. When I arrived to the hotel around 4 I was told that my room was not ready yet. There were about 50 to 75 other guests waiting to get in a room when I got there. Everyone was waiting in the lobby with all of their belongings. We were finally checked in almost four hours later. I was two hours late to the concert because the hotel didn’t have my room ready. When I complained and asked for compensation for the room not being ready I was told they will let housekeeping know they need to do better. I asked for a late check out I was told they were not doing late check outs. I contacted Expedia they contacted the property and the property said they are not giving any compensation for the inconvenience. I also valet parked and when I left it took an hour for me to get my car. I will never stay here again. They clearly overbooked and just said the hell with it. They had to start giving people rooms at the Westin which is a partner hotel because they did not have any available. This was a complete disaster.

When I got there to check in there were no rooms available for hours. I had somewhere to be by 7 and did not get a room until 6:15 after I went back to the desk inquiring about what steps were going to be taken. It was over 20 people waiting for rooms. They comped my valet parking which was cool but I think I should’ve gotten more than $38. The manger was very nice though and the hotel is very clean. If it were not for that debacle I would’ve given it 5 stars.

Was told parking was a dedicated garage attached to the hotel. Parking deck was literally a mile from my room and shared with event parking. All the restaurants nearby close absurdly early. Springs on the room doors are so tight you can’t enter or exits without holding it open with one hand.
