Pros: Expedia
Cons: Have rooms that match the photo
ok for the price. room did not have a comfortable chair as pictured in Americas Best website. The desk clerk was rather unpleasant when confronted. The room we booked was a king suite. Settled for another room, a regular king, which had a nice padded easy chair.

Stayed one night on a business trip

Posted May 27, 2015
Pros: Location and price.
Cons: Standard, basic furniture in hotel room - chair in room could be larger and more comfortable to sit in.
Location: Located near I-94, several restaurants and the state capitol.
I have stayed here before because of location and price. Facility is okay but staff is helpful and rooms are clean and modestly comfortable.

Clean and Simple

Posted May 22, 2015
Pros: Cleanliness
Cons: NA
Location: Don't know... I just stayed in the hotel overnight.
I booked a room last minute due to rough weather on a road trip. Check-in was quick and efficient. The room was delightfully clean and free from any residual smoker smell. Not a luxury hotel by any means, but everything I saw there was well maintained.

We came to the front desk to check in, to be greeted by two staff members complaining about how tired they were of working. The young man actually handing us our room key proceeded to tell us he'd been working long hours but it was better than working at Walmart. He hardly looked run off his feet, just lazy. Very poor first impression of this place. Thankfully the spotless room and made up for everything. We would stay here again. Breakfast was good but disorganized. They ran out of paper plates at the height of everyone coming down for breakfast. One person was looking after breakfast and she just couldn't refill everything fast enough although she did try. Breakfast was very good if you had the patience and time to wait. This place offers a spotless but basic room. Very quiet. Staff just leaves a lot to be desired.

Loved my Stay

Posted May 11, 2015
Location: Perfect location
Very clean and the staff was very polite and accommodating. The continental breakfast had everything, from waffles, bacon, donuts(bakery), fruit, etc. Thank you if I am ever in the area I will definitely stay there again...

Good Hotel for the Price!

My wife and I came here for a weekend away. Overall, the hotel was very nice! There were a few maintenance issues with our room that needed to be taken care of but other than that we really enjoyed it.

Clean, Comfortable, and Affordable!

I was traveling to Bismarck for UMary's Spring Football game. I always choose America's Best for my stay in Bismarck. Not only is it close to the Bismarck State College, where the game was held, but it is also affordable! I will always pick this hotel first! It is clean and very friendly staff!

Not bad for an overnight stay.

Posted Apr 23, 2015
Arrived after 10pm right off the interstate. Several other people were checking in at the same time. No delays in check-in. Wandering the halls I could tell the difference between the smoking and nonsmoking wings. Single queen bedroom felt compact but wasn't overly cramped. Multiple pillows and towels ready to go. Bed was comfortable enough. Decent breakfast that includes eggs and bacon, as long as the staff remember to keep it stocked. Large mirror and sink allowed plenty of space to prep for business. Only problem with the hotel is mow much noise the 2nd floor makes when people walk around. Very easy to hear somebody walk from one end of hall to other. I made plenty of noise just walking to the light switch and back.
