I literally left my room and went to a different hotel. I wish Expedia would refund me. The pool and hot tub were also out of service and won’t be back in service until the summer.

The room was some what clean but the rooms are very outdated. The room was very cold even though the temperature was up. The hallway was freezing. The paint is falling off the wall, looked like there was a water leak. The room was not even vacuumed and there was trash on the floor. I would never stay there again.

Staff was very nice. I appreciate the hot breakfast but I would definitely recommend working on it.

The guy who checked us in was very rude, also the lady in the front desk. They were busy smoking outside and just let the front desk phone rang. The hotel is old and you can smell the mold. We had to move to a different room because it was dirty and musty. The second room we got was the same😡. The shower curtain had stain on it, the bed had a lot of hair and it was disgusting. The guy in the front desk was very rude and unprofessional he was giving us a hard time. They wouldn’t even refund our money back. We will never go back to this hotel again, we rather stay at motel 6!

MOLD. I hate to leave a bad review, I am a optimist by nature. However, as soon as you enter the hallway, you can smell mold. And mold was heavy in the air in our room, not healthy. We stayed on the mail floor. I have stayed in the second floor previously and it wasn't like that. Beware if you are sensitive to mold.
Bad bathroom design. Couldnt use sink properly since door was in the way. Tv did not work.

Our room was not cleaned with hair and dirt all over the bathroom, one leg of the bed was broken and bed was tilted. Door hinge on bottom of food was missing and door wouldn't open/close properly. When going to bed pulled back sheets too see large yellow urine stain gross! Had to go get new bedding and make bed myself. When told about the damage no offer to

The little things
Been to this property before. Desk clerks very accommodating and friendly. Disappointing with the little bit things: hole in the bed spread, no "sweet" in the sweet dreams, no laundry bag, the absence of body wash in the body wash bottle, not too mention advertised on those bottles as Beekman. Sorry I know Beekman and that stuff was NOT Beekman. Also the center of the bed was as hard plywood.
