The staff member at check in barely spoke to us. She did not smile and was not welcoming. The room was ok but the heater was unplugged when we arrived and it was -25 degrees outside. When we got the heater working it was LOUD and made noise all night. The sink in the bathroom didn't drain well. At least the water was warm for showers. This room needed some attention. We had to leave very early in the morning and it was nice that there was coffee and some breakfast foods out already.

The receptionist was very professional and nice, the bed was comfortable, the room and a small coffee pot ,microwave and small refrigerator in it. I couldn't say anything about breakfast due too having to leave early to catch a flight out. But i would stay again if im in town. Thank you

When we checked in they put us in a room that was already occupied. Then they gave us a different room. The bathroom stunk like they used an old washcloth to clean it. The TV was too small, it was hard to see due to my limited vision. AND the next morning while I was getting dressed there was a big bug crawling by the nightstand between the beds. I killed it and put it on a napkin for the housekeeper to see. I will NEVER stay at this hotel again

Used to be better.
My credit card was charged to park in the lot. Only $3.00 but have never had to pay for parking before. The breakfast was terrible. The eggs and sausage were rubbery, and there were little gluten free options aside from this. The room appeared clean, but smelled like animal urine when the air conditioning kicked on. The beds were comfortable.

When we arrived and received our keys, they didn't work. I could also hear voices in the assigned room. Oops! New room please! Coffee was lukewarm, breakfast was the same most days. Cleaning service forgot to clean our room even after we asked for it to be done.

Rooms were dated and small, we were not given enough towels etc., the beds were small and had metal pieces sticking out from under them that cut our ankles, expected more for what we paid, staff was friendly and helpful

Definitely a dated hotel. Breakfast was subpar. They were short on staff. Their washer was broke so had to take towels etc to a laundromat. When we arrived after 7:00 pm they said they would have to bring us towels later, which they did.

Got to my room and discovered the phone was missing, the bathmats, and even the do not disturb sign were missing. Had to go down to the desk because no one answered the main line, room had tears in the ceiling and bathroom wall was peeling. I kept finding hairs. Left between 9 and 12 the next day and my room was not cleaned despite the housekeeper being on the floor when I left. Breakfast was eggs, biscuits, a waffle maker, and oatmeal/cereal. I didn't have high expectations for the area but I've stayed in cheaper hotels that were cleaner.

The bathroom was disgusting. Hair on the floor, soiled bath towels and the shower curtain was filthy. Just yuck. Dirty bed coverings. Breaking was good. We enjoyed the fresh fruit.

When checking in, the front desk attendee stated breakfast hours for next morning and said it was better than Chick-fil-A.......... next morning..... barely any fruit, eggs, yogurt. No milk for the cereal and there was lots of mold in the cheese bin. Ive never ate at Chick-fil-A......but if thats better, i may never.

Save your money and go elsewhere
Our bathroom was extremely dirty upon checking in. We were also given the wrong room with no way to rectify it and no rollaway beds to assist in accommodating the person without a bed. They did come up and clean the bathroom that day. There were no towels throughout the weekend and we were only given 2 upon checking in for a family. The pool area left a lot to be desired and was also dirty. The breakfast was ok. Overall, we would not stay again. Way, way below Marriott standards!
