We had to wait 30 minutes to check in. There was nobody at the front desk and there were 3 teams waiting to check in. When we finally checked in, we were assigned a dirty room. Someone has slept on the bed with dirty towels everywhere. We went back to the front desk and the receptionist was gone again so we had to wait for another 10 minutes. Breakfast was not the best quality. Ice machines were broken on every floor.

Parking was a bit tight in the lot, but we felt safe where we were able to tuck our car in. Check-in was quick, breakfast was good. Would appreciate a few additional options in the "market" as it was super late when we checked in. Otherwise, nice and quiet!

I always book in this hotel every time I have an institute at the university. However, during this last stay, I noticed so much noice from the hallway even after midnight. The voices are loud and annoying. I can’t rest and was worried about being sleepy in the class. I booked for 4 nights, but they only provided me with 1 tiny shampoo and conditioner. I ended up asking the front desk everyday for it, since I shower every day. I was hoping they would anticipate that and just provide the items for 4 days. In addition, the toilet paper is almost gone when I arrived and there is no replacement. There is also no tissue box. I have again booked in this hotel (since this is my tradition when I first started school more than 2 years ago) in April for my upcoming graduation. I am hoping that they will address the issues. Otherwise, everything else is good.

I tend to book this one everytime I stay in Bismarck now. It’s quiet, clean (enough, better than most), and the staff is friendly when you can find them. They make it easy and answer any and all questions. Will book again.

We’ve booked a few different hotels everytime we have had to come to Bismarck. I can say this one was the winner! Price, cleanliness, staff! This will definitely be our stay everytime now.

The property was good and the staff was reasonable. We did however book a room that stated it had 2 queen beds but could sleep 6 people. Whenever I’ve reserved a room that says it sleeps 6 but states 2 queen beds, there’s always a couch in the room. We reserved that room and the reservation said 5 people when I made it. Yet the room was not made for accommodating that many people. There was no couch. They did bring a cot to the room but there was no space for it other than in the walking area by the bathroom. It was a VERY tight fit for 5 people and as you can imagine, the cot was horribly uncomfortable. Springs poked practically right through the mattress. The staff did give us extra bedding to try to pad it but it was still terrible. And because it was a busy weekend and they were booked full, there were no rooms to move us to. It wasn’t the staffs’ fault, but beware if the room says it can accommodate 6 people that’s not necessarily the case.

Disappointing
We chose the hotel because if the pool. We brought our 3 boys, who were so excited to swim, to a weekend getaway just to find out the pool was out of commission. We were all so very disappointed. Had we been notified during the booking process, we could have made other arrangements.
