The hotel was amazing, the gentleman at the front desk was nice. The room was very clean and me and my kids enjoyed our stay. I will definitely be booking again.

I have been coming to this hotel since i was a kid it has went down hill. Vending machine hasnt worked the last 2 years weve come there. Someone smushed a big spider on the wall in the bathroom and didn't clean it off. There was hair in the whirlpool tub. Desk clerk tried to charge me twice. No way this hotel cost 265 a night. Not worth the price next year we will be staying elsewhere. Also bathroom drywall falling off and drywall in the bedroom.

The staff here were very friendly and helpful. It was an older hotel that had been updated and remodeled and seems like it had previously had some rough treatment, but was now being taken care of better. The free breakfast was more extensive than I expected with eggs and sausage, plus cereal, yogurt, and an assortment of beverages.

Everything was great except the air conditioning that was included as one of the amenities did not work. It was almost 100 degrees out. Very uncomfortable sleeping conditions.

The TV didn't work in my room when I first arrived, but the staff was all over it and it didn't take long for them to get it running. They did an outstanding job.

We walked into our room and found a dirty washcloth hanging from the shower. The door to the toilet did not close. We needed to go down to the front desk for toilet paper. The next morning, we needed to call the front desk asking for towels in order to take a shower. Front desk staff is inhospitable.

Our room was not clean. There was milk? splashed on the wall, chair was stained with food, shower floor was soft, breakfast area was filthy and food was selection was very limited. The staff would not even lift their head to acknowledge you when you walked into the lobby. The outside was in disrepair and there was no American flag.

First room wouldn't fit a rollaway as they had no cribs. Switch to a larger room with pull out sofa. TV had no power for cable box and didn't work. While desk was working on that we found a live BED BUG in the pull out sofa. Switched rooms AGAIN. 3rd room was finally decent. Overall a not pleasant experience.

Computer didnt want to take my credit card for incidentals. Had to get the key card re-keyed as it didnt work. Leaking roof into the hot tub and onto pool deck. Pool was very cold. Quiet, clean, food close by, breakfast was good.
