Excellent value for money. Friendly, courteous staff. Great food. Wonderful swimming in the sea and pool. Totally relaxing few days.

i came to decompress from a stressful year of work and it was superb. the sound of the beach waves soothe me every night and slipped me of to la la land. very hospitable staff, made me felt i was family.

I really enjoyed my short stay at Grafton. What impressed me the most was the warmth and friendliness of the hotel staff. The food was well prepared and tasty. It was really an inclusive package and it is a perfect hotel for families with young children. Yes I will certainly recommend this hotel to others.

Wonderful place to stay when visiting Tobago. Easy to find from the airport. Staff is wonderful. Close to all activities. Rooms are clean and the ocean view is fantastic.

Just right, really enjoyed my stay. Staff were very pleasant and extremely helpful, food was good, room was comfortable. Free wifi in the lobby was a pleasure - bright open spacious area with comfortable seating, met my needs perfectly.

“Good Hotel - Great Location”

The hotel was good. Most staff members provided quality service and were friendly. Some even went out of their way to assist. The location was really great, access to the beach, close proximity to town and public transportation, and great area for site seeing. Could use some improvement in terms of providing bottled water and other mini bar products in the room. Also, the lighting in the room should be a bit brighter as the floor & roof are dark brown in colour hence the room tends to be dark. Should consider putting a hotel manual in each room so guests have relevant hotel info at their finger tips. Tour buses should be allowed to wait in the parking lot for guests rather than on the streets outside the of the hotel.

the only disappointment was that the food was not local food, therefore, one might be better forgoing the all inclusive and eat out

“Comfortable but outdated”

Comfortable stay - and friendly staff, but the rooms and decor are highly out of date. I needed a late checkout and while they usually charge guests for this, the friendly staff at reception gave me until 5pm for no charge

“Decent for sleeping.”

This is a hotel with great bones,however if looking for any type of activity look elsewhere. Great beach no lounge chairs or any amenities. Avoid the restaurant at all cost you will be fleeced for mediocre food at best. I can recommend it for basic lodging and plesant staff.
